"care to explain all of this?"
the three were currently seated together in the dining room, the children were busy playing in the living room, which is why the three needed to keep quiet.
renjun pressed his lips into a thin line nervously, the whole thing jeno saw, was clearly a misunderstanding, he shouldn't have played with jaemin knowing that something like this could ever happen.
at that moment, renjun just wanted to run away out of embarrassment. he wasn't gonna lose his job in just his first week due to a misunderstanding that happened. it's too risky.
plus, now he had just realized he was babysitting the kids of some of the most powerful ceo's in south korea. who knows what lee jeno will do to him.
"he accidentally fell on top of me. you have it all wrong sir. sorry for acting that way with your husband." renjun looked down, not wanting to look at jeno's reaction as he fiddled with his own hands, the coffee in front of him was getting cold from his not touching it.
jeno raised an eyebrow hearing the word 'husband', obviously the two parents knew that they were nowhere near husbands, and will never be. but because this was off topic, he let it slide, "i guess it's alright."
jaemin looked at renjun who was next to him and noticed him fiddling with his hands, he grabbed his hands to calm him down.
renjun looked at him in confusion as to why jaemin did that, but he only gave renjun a reassuring smile, although that was all he did before giving jeno a glare.
"it's not his fault jeno. don't you see that i was on top of him?" jaemin said, a hint of anger present on his face, he let go of renjun's hand and face front, "plus, why do you even care? aren't you too busy being a ceo?"
jeno coughed nervously, "well that's information you can't know jaemin."
rolling his eyes, jaemin took a sip of his coffee before looking back at jeno, "says the one who won't even let me date."
renjun looked up in curiosity after hearing what jaemin said, they were husbands yet jeno didn't allow jaemin to date anybody? a confusing story indeed. but he's not in the place to ask about it yet.
noticing renjun's curiosity, jeno gave a weird look at renjun wondering what his real relationship with jaemin was, i mean, from what jeno saw earlier, it was quite obvious that the two looked very close with each other.
but jeno himself kept denying the fact that he was alright with it, but even if he wasn't, he doesn't know what he really feels either, which is why he kept quiet.
renjun then turned to jaemin and jeno, "um, excuse me for a moment. i have to go to the bathroom." he said before running off, leaving the dining room and running upstairs quickly wanting to avoid the two.
before jeno could say or do anything, jaemin grabbed his hand and looked at him in with a serious look, "don't touch him."
jeno almost snorted at his words, he tilted his head innocently and smirked, "oh and if i do?"
jaemin grabbed jeno's collar and pulled him closer, a bit too close if i may add, he whispered in jeno's ear, "then i'll be sure to kill you."
and that's all it took for jeno to shove jaemin's hands away from him, to now go upstairs to follow renjun.
jaemin was just hoping that jeno won't do anything to renjun. he cares about him too much to begin with, and he won't let anything happen to him.
in the meantime, jeno was going up the stairs into the bedroom where the bathroom was, he entered the room and waited for renjun to come out.
he leaned on the wall next to the bathroom and patiently stayed there.
a few moments later, renjun came out with his hands on his pants to wipe the water on him, but he eventually froze seeing who in the same room with him.
breathing the same air, renjun still couldn't imagine it and now that it was happening, it was scaring the shit out of him. even when jaemin was with him, he couldn't help but have the feeing of fear lingering around him. jeno's aura was just that scary.
renjun blinked blankly as he looked up at jeno who was right in front of him, his body felt like shaking and falling apart, "w-why are you here?"
jeno only smirked before walking towards renjun, in which the older took steps back to avoid him, still staring at him with a nervous look.
it had come to the point where renjun was already backed up against the wall, and he couldn't escape anymore because jeno had his arms on each side of renjun.
he leaned in to whisper something in renjun's ear, the smaller boy still shivering in fear, "stay away from jaemin."
he backed away and looked at renjun in the eyes, his face close to his, although jeno still maintained a scary look on his face, "or else..."
renjun closed his eyes nervous for what jeno was about to do, he didn't even wanna see or think about it, all he thought was to close his eyes.
but that's when it hit jeno, he doesn't even know what he's gonna do to him? because all he was doing right now, was staring into renjun's facial features.
the way renjun was shivering in fear made jeno feel like he shouldn't be doing this, he realized that he didn't wanna hurt the boy in front of him.
but why?
jeno was sure earlier in the dining room, he was gonna have a serious talk with him, but what happened? he doesn't know what he's feeling, but it's definitely not this.
he then started to notice his eyelashes, were they always that long and pretty? he then looked at his lips, they looked so soft that jeno just wanted to—
jeno quickly backed away from renjun, and when renjun noticed, he opened his eyes and squinted his eyes in confusion.
jeno only looked away from renjun, his face was red from that certain moment that made him feel some sort of way.
but whatever it was, it wasn't healthy for his heart.
