From Another Horizon

Chapter 7

Everything was blurry. At that point, I could feel half of my face soaked on water. It was me and my body being carried by the current. I couldn't move. I knew the arrow went straight to my heart. The next thing I knew was that there was light in front of me. The storm became crazier, and I feel like I was being sucked in a whirlpool. On the other hand, I think it was me who was mad, and I feel like I started losing my mind. Why? Because after the Whirlpool, there was suddenly a giant white glowing Jellyfish floating right in front of me. I never saw a Jellyfish that super big, and I'm sure they are not glowing. It was approaching me. And I saw it, it opened its mouth.

I probably got eaten. The next part was a dream. Suddenly, I feel good. Was it the feeling of finally dying? They said that after suffering so hard, you'll feel good after death, was it this feeling? It felt good, and I saw my fingers suddenly returning. And then there was a beautiful woman. Actually, I don't remember her face now. But I know she was lovely. She looked at me and asked,

"Is he okay?"

Wait, I'm not the one she's asking.

"Yes, he's recovering."

Somebody just answered that. Were there two of them. I don't know. But the woman was still looking at me. She smiled and said,

"You need to survive and make things right."

But what is this? Why do my cheeks hurt? Like someone was slapping them? It hurts like hell. I thought I already died. Why does this hurt!?

I opened my eyes, and four monsters were staring down on me.

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"

I had no choice but to scream. Quickly, I stood up and ran away. I didn't even take a look at their facing. I only knew they weren't humans. I went out and realized I was in a wooden shack, but as soon as I got out, a lot of monsters were staring at me. It was scary. There were slimy, had a lot of tentacles, or just simply got a lot of bug-like features. I had no choice but to run away like crazy once again. I ran so hard that I forgot I was even naked.

Where the hell am I? The place was too different. I was surrounded by mountains. What the hell is this? Am I transported to another world, once again? How many worlds will I be transported? Suddenly, I heard the floor rumbling. It was the monsters. They were still chasing me!! I have no choice but to just run toward the forest.

As soon as I entered the forest, I stepped on something muddy. Suddenly, something rose up in front of me. It was a mud-like monster. Fucking shit, I started digging myself out like a madman. Luckily, I managed to do so and ran deeper into the forest. It was tiring. I've been running for a couple of minutes. I have reached my limit. I decided to just sit down beside a tree. But as soon as I sat, the fucking tree moved by itself. What the hell is this place?! It was crawling with monsters!!

The Giant Tree was surely annoyed by me that its roots came out and knocked me away. I crashed to the ground and heard some of my bones shattered. But I stood up quickly and ran away. I was too scared and too hungry. Fortunately, I saw an apple-like fruit in front of me. I grabbed it, but my hand was suddenly bitten. I dropped the apple to the ground. Suddenly, the apple opened its eyes. It was another fucking monster. Suddenly, it screamed,

"KKKAAAAAAAPPPPPPPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!"

And there were multiple voices throughout the woods.

"KKAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPAAAAA!!"

I knew it. This apple just called his friends. I raised my foot and kicked the apple away, but it dodged. Suddenly, little arms and legs came out and started running. It took a tiny twig in the ground and threw it at me. Fucking bullshit, even the fruit was a damn monster. It was fast. My arm was hit, and the twig was pinned through my skin. But I tried to kick him again by spinning. The monster dodged, but I took a branch on the ground as I twisted around and flung him to a boulder. The monster was hit. It was just a small monster that an attack as simple as that damaged him severely. Without hesitation, I approached him, raised my leg, and tried to crush him. But I stopped midway. Both of us had an eye to eye contact. Both of us were just trying to survive. I retreated and continued running away. But as I was running away, I saw several monsters watching us from afar.
