"I told you to stop calling me fluff ball..." Namjoon sighs as he drops his bag onto the hooks along the corridor.
"'I Know you secretly love it joon."
Joon eyes his best friend as she casually smirks and winks to him while she played up their dinner and slides them onto the breakfast bar.
Namjoons tail happily wash behind him as he sits down across from his best friend at the breakfast bar in their kitchen.
"Meet any fun people at work joon?" She inquires while sitting herself down next to him her chestnut brown eyes glowing with wonder and admiration towards him.
"Hm...there was this one girl with a cat-"
"A hybrid?" She adds while munching on her food.
"Yeah but he mostly wandered around in his feline form so I couldn't tell if it was a hybrid or a really well behaved cat." Namjoon explains the encounter towards the girl beside him.
"Ah I see, well they sound like a fun pair." She hums before smiling towards Namjoon her mocha colours cheeks flushing into a soft peach colour she she blushes a little in happiness. "I'm glad you have a good day!"
"Thanks Mimi..." Chuckles Namjoon, "how was your day?" He asked his ears twitching as the sounds of the birds chirping outside and the soft music playing in the back ground.
"The boss went of a mood again like usual," Mimi explains while she uses her fork to explain the story with motions.
Namjoon raises and eye brow "Really? I thought he gave your boss a whole week off?"
"He did." She sighs, "but today he didn't believe anyone and had to see the security tape that it really was him, I swear it was like someone changed him like he was a completely different person yesterday." Mimi explains as she twirls the spaghetti on her fork.
"I mean usually you don't ever see him come out of his office!" She rants, "and yesterday I swore I saw him skip along the corridors and almost sing! I'm telling you he had some sort of spell on him." She determines while intensely staring at Namjoon, harshly pointing her fork towards him to exaggerate her feelings.
"It is a bit peculiar."
"Yeah! Me and Taehyung were just as baffled as our manager was! And she got the time off!"
Mimi uses her arms and facial expressions to really make the story come alive for Namjoon as he intently listens to her rant about her day just like how she carefully listens to his day.

"Yoongi! Do you want to have chicken for dinner?" You call out as you stir the delicious sauce in the pot slowly.
"Yeah sounds good.."
"You alright?" You ask slowly turning the heat off the sauce as you turn towards him looking in his golden glowing eyes.
"Yeah I'm alright..." he Solemnly replies his ears folded down on top of his head as he avoids your eye contact.
"Come on Yoongi something's up, what's wrong?" You ask as you turn towards him and tilting your head in curiosity.
"It's just...this is unusual...I've never really had someone who's kept me company before..." Yoongi admits as his golden eyes now meet with yours.
Your heart felt as if it was being squeezed you couldn't help yourself but smile sadly at him, "I hope I'll be good company for you." You grin a little your eyes still glued to his sparkling gold ones.
"You are...I'm just worried you'll get sick of me and spending all this money on me...I mean I'm just a cat...not some fancy fox or wolf I'm just plain and boring.-"
"And I'm just a human Yoongi, I am much more boring that you are." You round your way over to him and sit next to him trying to find his eye contact again.
"Yoongi I'm really happy that I have you as my friend and apart of my family, I don't need a fancy rare hybrid that's got all these unique features because you are more than enough, you are someone who jumped out a building for goodness sake!" You chuckle a little at the memory. "Yoongi don't compare yourself to other hybrids not matter how much people say their better, your my lucky cat! I couldn't ask for more than that okay?" Your lips pull into a soft smile as you gently stroke his ears and contently watch his tail wiggle and sway from your pets.
"Thank you y/n..." he mumbles before resting his head on your chest softly breathing and relaxing as you rub his ears softly and gently.
"Here Yoongi," you pull out your phone and begin to tap on the key boards googling someone that might help him feel better. "Her name is Riri, shes a very famous artist and she is loved by lots of people." You explain as you pull up a photo of a very glamorous girl in a beautiful blood red gown.
Yoongi's eyes trail up the photo and you watch as they widen when he sees her long tall bunny ears that rest on the top of her head.
"Sh-She's a hybrid?"
"Yep! And a Common one at that! No fancy ears of tail, she is just as important as you are Yoongi." You hum while stroking his ears softly.
"Sorry.."
"Yoongi why are you apologising?"
"Because I put the mood down and you've done so much for me today..."
"Don't worry about it, come on let's eat okay? Then we can watch a film together alright?" You sing before getting up softly and begining to pull two bowls out the cupboard and plating up the meal onto them.
You smile brightly at Yoongi while you slide over the place and you felt your head jump a little as his lips pull into a soft gently smile his gums showing a little and his eyes squeezing together.
