Ch. 2 "To the Rescue"

                                             Riley POV

I'm woken up by the animals and creatures of the forest, my eyelids slowly open, I sit up stretching my arms above my head,

Then I hear talking and walking, I creep further and further in the cave so whoever is walking won't see me,

"Did you hear the news today," One voice said

"What news?" Another voice said

I peek out to see two guys walking in the woods, one had dark hair and bright blue eyes, and the other had brown hair and greenish eyes,

"According to Caroline, Klaus and his brothers met this girl yesterday," a voice said

"So?" another voice said

"Really, Stefan so," The other voice said

"Who cares about a girl Damon," Stefan said

"Well if you would let me finish little brother, didn't have a scent, isn't that weird humans vampires Hybrids and even witches have a scent but this girl had nothing," Damon said

"Did she say what she was doing here?" Stefan asked

"According to Kol she said she was just passing though," Damon said

I heard them get further and further away,

I grabbed my bag and started walking,

I need to get out of this town, this place is crawling with Vampires, and they don't even like what I am, I thought

I almost made it cross the border when I heard a scuffle, I sigh making my way towards the noise,

"Listen if you don't wanna piss my brother off you lot better bloody hell leave me alone," The blonde woman said,

It was three men, with guns, I could tell she was a vampire just by the way she smelled,

"Haha like were gonna listen, you vampires need to be taught who is in charge," One said

"Did you not hear her? or do you disgusting hunters need you're hearing checked?" I said

They all turned to me,

"Go back too school kid this doesn't concern you," Another man said

"It does when she clearly said to leave her alone," I said now standing next to the blonde woman,

I picked up a large rock,

"Now are you going to leave or is this gonna get messy?" I asked as I tossed the rock in the air then catching it in the same hand,

"What are you going to do about it little girl," One man said

I caught the rock throwing it with my wereCoyote strength hitting the middle man in the head rendering him unconscious or dead I really couldn't tell,

the man on the right shot me with a dart,

I looked at him with a really look,

"It- It's vervain," He said

I smirked,

"It doesn't work on me," I said smirking taking the dart out of my arm then throwing it at the man as hard as I could hitting him in the leg, as he was busy screaming in pain, I grabbed the back of his head slamming it into a tree making him drop like a bag of rocks,

I dusted off my hands,

"Tsk, hunters," I mumbled I grabbed my bag off the ground I turned to the Blonde who looked at me in shock,

"Are you alright?" I asked

She nodded

"But they got me with Vervain do you think you could help me home?" She said

I nodded,

I wrapped her one arm around my neck as we walked since she was having trouble,

"Rebekah, Rebekah Mikaelson," She said as we walked

"Riley,"I said

"Riley what?" She asked

"Just Riley ," I said

"Well it's lovely to meet you Riley" She said

I nodded,

after walking for some time we were in front of a big, no no huge house,

I opened the door, helping her inside,

"Nick! Elijah! Kol!" She yelled,

Oh no I thought

Then I see the man I seen from yesterday and the men he was sitting with yesterday run in,

"You," Kol said

"Yeah, well she needs help," I said bored

"Rebekah what the bloody hell happened," The one with blue eyes said

"You're not going to believe this Nik," Rebekah said
