kartik woke with the sound of Naira's vomiting .He immediately went into washroom and hold her hair back .He made her sit and gave her water.naira kept her head in kartik's lap .From last Two weeks Naira was having a severe morning sickness.Her rest of the test were done and now they were waiting for result.Kartik made naira sleep and got up to make kairav ready .He woke kairav up and went to make breakfast .He pack their lunch and kairav 's tiffin.kairav had his milk and breakfast and kiss his mumma and papa and ran to catch the bus.Kartik use to stand in the balcony to check his son and wave at him .
Kartik and naira got ready and went to collect the reports and meet the doctor"Mrs Goenka you have a high BP issue also you are anemic .Like given in your history your last two pregnancy were complicated and there was very less chances of you getting pregnant so this one is a miracle but it can also lead to many complications like premature baby or death of you or your baby or both my advise go for abortion."
Kartik and naira went home no one spoke a single word ."naira i cant loose you "said kartik finally .it was killing him to think of killing their baby but loosing naira was out of question.
"Kartik i know there are complication but this is a miracle baby and your and kairav love will save me ,secondly if i die too i know you are there to take care of our baby"Naira said holding kartik hand .

kartik nodded went to office and ask his boss to give him permission to work from home but his boss denied so kartik gave resignation with notice period of one month.In this one month kartik was a full time husband and father .He use tolook after kairav's need and use to take care of Naira.When he use to go to worlk he use to drop naira in singhaniya house ,but never left her alone.
Like this two months pass .Kartik has already told naira about his decision of quiting which was making her guilty but kartik explain her why it was so important.Kartik did full research and contacted top doctors for Naira's condition .his only aim was to make sure Naira and baby were both fine with that he wanted to start his business .
Goenkas had come back to mumbai and All were gather at singhaniyas as they wanted to make some announcement so even mansi was called .

Dadi-"Ro mat beta "Everyone pleaded her but she was crying continously .keerti even suggested making halwa but she denied it thinking her bhai will go away from her .SHe clutched kartik shirt tightly."naira shant ho jao "he was getting tense as naira was unable to breath.
Even kairav was called but there was no improvement in naira as she was crying suddenly they heard someone singing ,it was naksh who has bought with him a teddy ,it was same teddy which naksh has given to naira when they were small .He sat in front of her and started singing
