Sorry for not updating in so long! I got very busy and have writers block. Lmk if I have spelling mistakes. I don't re-read my story.
Flashback because why not
"Guess I have to tell the team," the short teen mumbled under her breath, "this is going to suck."
"Hey, you alright?" a familiar voice asked her.
"O-oh! Iwaizumi~senpai, hi," Hinata said startled.
"Are you you alright?" He asked again.
"Yep I'm a-okay!" She told him.
"Alright. See you at practice," he excused himself.
"Bye!"
Time skip to practice
"Can I have everyone's attention really fast?" Hinata called out to the team.
Hearing her announcement the whole team gathered around her.
"I'm going to be completely honest with everyone, instead of doing this nicely," she told the team, taking in a sharp breathe before saying, "I'm going to be moving schools."
"Shou~chan, no!" Oikawa called out to his friend.
"Why?" Iwaizumi asked in a calmer manner.
"Well, um... because of what happened. My mom said she doesn't feel like I'll be safe here anymore," she told him and the team.
"When are you leaving us?" Mattsun (nicknames are easier to write them actual names so don't mind that) asked the girl.
"Today's my last day. I'll be moving to Karasuno next week."
"Karasuno. That's where he goes, right?" Oikawa whispered to Iwaizumi.
"Yeah he does," Iwaizumi whispered back.
"Well if it's your last day, then we should do something fun!" Maki announced.
"We have to ask coach first," Iwaizumi reminded him.
"Coach won't be here today. He told me after this mornings practice," Oikawa let him know.
"Alright, so it's settled. We're having fun!" Maki yelled.
For the next few hours the team did as much as possible. They were all about to leave, when the coach walked into the gym.
"I can see none of you practiced today," he joked with the team.
"I'm sorry. It's my fault," Hinata said, rapidly apologizing.
"It's alright. I was only messing around," he reassured her (I don't know how he acts so sorry if he's ooc)
"I thought you weren't coming to practice?" Hinata asked the coach.
"We lied," Oikawa told her.
"Wait what! Why didn't I know about this?" Maki and Mattsun yelled in unison.
"Not my fault you guys missing morning practice," Iwaizumi sassed back.
"Guys there's a cake!" Hinata yelled, catching the attention of the team.
"Alright you fat asses, enjoy," Oikawa told the team.
"Guess you don't get any then," almost the whole team said.
"Rude!" He yelled back to them.
"Let's just eat. I'm starving!" Hinata yelled, trying to get away from the topic.
With that the whole team dug in. Eventually it got late and the team had to start heading home. Right before they left, they went to Hinata to give her one last fair well.
"Thank you for all the help!" They all said bowing down.
"H-huh? You're welcome..." she said both surprised and blushing.
"Everyone needs to head home now. Don't want you to be tired tomorrow!" The coach called out to the team.
"Yes coach!" They all said back.
With that, everyone started to leave. They all knew they would miss their manager, but knew it was for the best. All they hoped was to be able to see her again some day.
Back to present training camp (well right before Karasuno showed up)
"Shittykawa, shut up! We don't care about your hair!" Iwaizumi yelled at his teammate.
"He's still buying us ramen, right?" Maki whispered to Mattsun.
"You mean Oikawa? He better be," Mattsun whispered back.
"Is he getting it for everyone?" Kindaichi butted in.
"Oh look! Karasuno's here!" A player from Fukurodani yelled.
"Finally. I was getting tired of standing," Oikawa whined.
This earned him a volleyball in the back of the head (don't ask where or how Iwaizumi got it. I have no clue myself).
All the teams stood and watched as Karasuno exited the bus, noticing how one never re-entered the bus. They were confused when they all of a sudden heard a girls scream. After around five more minutes people started exiting the bus again, accompanied by a red-headed girl.
The other teams shrugged it off since it was only a manager, but Aoba Johsai was speechless. They knew Hinata was going to Karasuno, but didn't know she would manage their team too. They all felt shocked, betrayed, and happy when seeing the girl again.
Not knowing what to say, Aoba Johsai just blurted out their confusion in one word.
"Shouyou/Shou~chan/Hinata!?" (typing that was annoying)
"H-hi," she shyly waved back.

This is important to the story so please read.
Hinata and Oikawa are childhood friends, which is why they were so close. She only went to Aoba Johsai for a short amount of time which is why I felt I should explain that, because they are very close "friends". Iwaizumi met Hinata through Oikawa so the three of them became very close. When Oikawa and Iwaizumi moved up to highschool, Hinata went to their practices, meeting the other players. In this story she didn't get very close to Aoba Johsai's first years, but very close to the second and third years. I hope this explains if anyone was confused.
