I've been pretty much obsessed with More than Meets the Eye and the Lost Light series <3 ah it's SO GOOOOOOD

Anyways I need to rant my love for IDW Megatron like ahhh he's so precious <3

Reader is a half cybertronian brought up on Earth so the reader can turn human and cybertronian anytime...I don't how to scientifically explain but mass displacement :))

Megatron shuts himself in his room not wanting to come out, why should he, he doesn't deserve the chance he has to deem him not guilty because he is guilty of everything. Basically everyone in the Lost Light either hates him or is scared of him, but as his duty as Co-captain, he has to be out there.

Walking past a few gossipy bots he overheard them talking about a liaison from Earth that would aboard the ship and that peaked Megatron's attention. You were the only one that cared about him even in the past when he was... well-murdering everyone, your attitude, and gentleness overcame him. A day ago you texted him about congratulating his chance to redeem himself and that he would not celebrate it alone... now that Megatron thought about it the way you word it was weird. No, he shouldn't have his hopes up...though having you on the ship would be eventful...maybe he can finally propose to you. Megatron blush at the thought, you guys been dating for a long time...

"You sick, Megatron?" a voice behind him said interrupting his thoughts, Megatron turns around and it was Rodimus. 

"No, I am fine I just remembered something," Megatron replied the last part of the sentence was murmured and Rodimus looks at him weird but ignored it. 

"Well, I just came to tell you that we are going to have a liaison from Earth join us, we have to greet them so don't scare them okay?" Rodimus said before walking away running up to Ultra Magnus. Megatron just follows them in a distance to the main deck, Megatron likes the room because of the view of the stars and he starts planning if you were the liaison coming on board that might be a nice spot for a proposal. Megatron nodded for himself in agreement.

"A nice spot for a proposal..." he mutters before heading back to his room.

You pace back and forth the space shuttle waiting for Optimus to pick you up, you were high-key excited for the trip. Your first space trip! You heard that the ship you're going on board is where Megatron is going to redeem himself! You were quite ecstatic from the news, you can't wait to see him again. It sucked to not physically hug him. 

You heard the sound of a ship in landing and you excitedly ran to the door where you were greeted by the door of a ship and coming out of it was Optimus. You smiled and waved as Optimus came kneeling down for you holding out his servo for you, you got on and said goodbye to your secretary who held up a thumbs up for good luck. 

"You ready Y/n?" Optimus asks with a teasing tone and you nodded furiously, "Yes! I am so ready for this!" you replied excitedly and he chuckles. Optimus knew about your relationship with Megatron so he agreed when you asked to come aboard the Lost Light since you might impact greatly with Megatron's mission. Megatron seems to listen to you more.  

In the ship, the interior design was nice in your opinion, and Optimus walks to the main control and sits on a lard chair, he places you in his chassis as the ship was a one-man ship you couldn't experience the ride in your cybertronian form.  Though you didn't mind, at least you were able to be on this trip. You giggle in excitement and Optimus smiled in amusement, "Alright we are going to lift off, brace yourself Y/n," Optimus advise, and you nodded sitting comfortably in his chassis as the ship starts up and slowly lift from the ground up to the sky.
