Alright, let's just clear this up.
All countries have "inhuman" powers.
I say inhuman because yes.
Basically, each country has one main, differentiating ability that is essentially their trademark, as well as abnormal speed and strength. They also have a human form (Well, they can shapeshift anyways) that does well to hide their true identity, except when two or more countries decide to have an all-out fight.
This will probably be shown in my future books.
