The room Alessandro had led Greyson to seemed to be a lounge, except none of his men remained in the room. The room was dimly lit and had only a few pieces of furniture in the small space. Three teenagers sat at a table playing cards before looking up and examining Greyson. He couldn't help but feel a bit relieved that there were more people of his age besides the two brats.
"Greyson, these are the people you will be working with until we figure out what to do with you," Alessandro explained. "They will get you ready for any situation that might occur. But until then, behave yourself and don't get into any trouble." With that said, Alessandro exited the room and left Greyson with the new people.
"So you're the troublemaker everyone's been talking about?" One of the girls smirked as she laid a card down on the table.
"Am I popular around here?" Greyson replied, enjoying the attention.
"Popularity is not a good thing around here, especially if you're not related to the Moreau family. I'd also get rid of that ego of yours before it's too late." Greyson rolled his eyes at her words, his hatred towards the name Moreau only growing deeper.
"What are your names?" He decided to ask, changing the subject before he became irritated.
"I'm Charlotte, aka Alex's girlfriend," the girl spoke with a smirk.
"You wish," the boy at the table laughed. "I'm Clyde."
Charlotte scoffed before letting out a bratty whine, "You've seen the way he looks at me, haven't you? He's into me whether you like it or not!"
"Char, he looks at you the same way he looks at Eva. Besides, it's very hard to know who or what that boy likes anymore..." The Clyde boy explained, running his hand through his golden hair.
The second girl sat quietly but looked very focused as she looked at her cards. Even with her sitting, she seemed to be petite. She had wavy, bright pink hair that stood out and complimented her forest-green eyes.
Charlotte seemed to catch Greyson staring because her next words were, "That's Maddie, our precious baby girl."
"Hush, I'm trying to think," Maddie mumbled, not looking away from her cards. Charlotte only rolled her eyes and went back to looking at Greyson.
"Let me guess, you're the 'bad boy' every girl falls for." Charlotte sighed.
"Are you falling for me already?" Greyson smirked, walking over to the table and sitting down in the empty seat. "Oh wait, you're in love with the douchebag."
"I don't get why you hate those two," Clyde interrupted before Charlotte could say anything. "They're really good people if you get to know them, Evangeline is just more complicated."
"Oh yes, I definitely want to get to know my kidnappers." Greyson rolled his eyes and tilted his seat back.
"Don't blame them for what happened, they're punished if they don't do what they're told," Clyde explained as he placed down a card. "And trust me, Mister Moreau is not a nice man when he doesn't get what he wants."
This had Greyson thinking, maybe even changing his mind. No, they still had the audacity to kidnap me while I was at my lowest. And didn't even bother apologizing. Instead of speaking, Greyson kept his mouth shut and only listened as the three resumed their game. It was rare that he was ever like this, but sometimes he had to stop and process things like any other human.
It was until the door opened nearly half an hour later and the Moreau siblings trotted in. Greyson couldn't help but laugh at how exhausted they both looked as they sat down on one of the leather couches.
"Hi guys," Alex spoke softly, running a hand through his hair. His playful smirk was gone, but he had a small smile on his face.
"Another rough day, my love?" Charlotte asked with a soft voice, turning to look at Alex.
"And it's not even over," Alex sighed, rubbing his eyes. "Alessandro let us take a break from our training and see what you guys are up to."
"What does he have you guys training on this time?" Clyde questioned with his calm voice.
"This week's focus is on guns and memorizing what gun we're using and how to use it."
"You two don't know how to use a gun?!" Greyson laughed. "How pathetic."
Evangeline glared harshly over at Greyson as she stood from the couch and made her way over to him. The clicking sounds from her heeled boots only excited Greyson as she walked.
"And you do?" She growled, gripping onto the back of Greyson's chair and putting her face close to his. Greyson didn't reply, he only stared at her lips with a mischievous grin. Only a few seconds passed before Greyson had quickly reached up and placed his hand on the back of her head, pulling her into a kiss. Everyone's eyes widened at the sight and Evangeline did her best to try and pull away, but Greyson wouldn't let her go.
"Greyson, stop!" Alex shouted, quickly making his way over to Evangeline. Grabbing her hips from behind, he managed to pull Evangeline away from Greyson's grip.
"I didn't need your fucking help!" She turned and yelled at Alex out of anger, but immediately showed regret once she saw his expression. Alex's eyes were wide and filled with fear.
    Damn, sissy boy.
"What's going on here?!" Alessandro shouted, his face showing anything but happiness.
"Greyson kissed Evangeline," Clyde explained with a calm voice.
"Greyson, Evangeline, and Alexander, you three are coming with me." Alessandro demanded, holding the door open but not in a polite way. The man was furious.
"Nice going, asshole," Evangeline mumbled under her breath before slapping the back of Greyson's head and stomping out the door.
