"Mhmm" you hummed
'Okay that was rude, couldn't even open my mouth to say anything back' you cringed, worrying about what he's thinking of you, right here, right now.
"Its getting..- late, we should.. head back home now.." you stated followed by a sarcastic giggle you gave after the sentence. you walked past him
'I never felt such thing towards a person.. this is too cliche..' you mused
Lawless grabbed your hand from behind, pulling you into a hug

"You know, you really remind me of some person who's important to me.." Lawless professed
"There's only one thing that aparts you two.." he added
From a light pink blush, to a obvious red blush.
'I'm losing braincells, who am I kidding.. I dont have one!' You thought, disorrientedly
You tugged onto his shirt and questioned "But, where is that person..?"
Lawless released the hug, "She's gone.. She's long gone.." he muttered
"I didn't mean to know that.." you spluttered. "I knew that.." he replied
You chuckled nervously "uhmm" you hummed
"Oh yeah, of course...!" Lawless hurriedly turned back to you

Something pushed you out of the room and closed the door behind you.
At the terrace, you can see Lawless looking at the heavens, could possibly be thinking about something

You slowly walked towards him "If your thoughts are so deep, you might end up drowning" you started

"Lawless..?" You called out, "Is anyone there..? You called out again

You covered your ears, "Too loud." You demanded
No, you won't cry anymore. Your not selfish, it wasn't you, no one was.

"I gave the right amount of selfishness." You testified "Your not Rachel's mother, Your the Grief that haunted me!" You pointed out
"For many years, I've been so dumb to believe that I was selfish, but if I hadn't been selfish, everyone might have taken everything from me!" You hypothesized
You woke up in Lawless' arms "What happend?" You pondered "you suddenly collapsed" he replied
"Oh-" you giggled, sitting up
"I remember, you were trying to say something before I collapsed..." You prodded, as Lawless fell silent
"It's just-" "Well-" He yapped "You can tell me if your ready." You interrupted, helping him stand up
