Problems from Paris

*6 weeks later*

Betty hadn't been very well in the morning for the past few days and missed her period so she went to the shop and bought pregnancy test.

Once she got home, she went to the bathroom and took the test. She allowed me to come in when she was waiting for the results we just sat on the cold bathroom floor waiting. It felt like hours even though it was only a couple minutes. It beeped and then we both stood up and Betty turned it over.

Pregnant - 4-6 weeks

Was what it read. We both looked at each other and said Paris before I gave her a huge kiss. My mind thought back to the Paris trip I mean we had sex several times but I'm sure we used protection that was until I thought of the last day. We were in a rush to get packed and out of the hotel so we decided to shower together thinking it would save time but of course it didn't and we got distracted. Sh*t our baby was conceived in a shower.

We decided not to tell anyone until further along the pregnancy when it was noticeable. We booked an appointment with a doctor for the next day.

The next day arrived and we headed to the appointment. The doctor put gel on Betty's stomach and did an ultrasound. She told us Betty was 6 weeks pregnant before showing us the screen. She said that she's not 100% sure as it's too early to tell but she thinks it's twins (A/N I know how unoriginal am I 😂)

Betty and I looked at each other in shock but then just laughed. The doctor told us to come back in 6 weeks and she will be able to confirm if its twins or not.

Betty and I walked out of the building laughing. We didn't expect that even though it's not definite but twins. Wow. Betty was a bit annoyed as she wanted to surprise everyone when she was 12 weeks and we knew for definite and had the 12 week scan but she was gonna show sooner at about 10 weeks a study was probably two babies inside her.
