You walked into your small apartment and crashed onto the couch. Sighing, you checked your phone for any messages. Today happened to be your birthday and you've been receiving happy birthday messages all day. But, you've been waiting for a certain Italian to text you. The day was almost over and you decided to shower. Just as you were about to step into the tub, your phone went off. You jumped to check it, hoping it would be Lovino.
Spain -Happy birthday chica! Sorry it's so late, I've been busy with Roma!

Sighing again, you stepped into the running shower. When you finished, you dressed and went back to the living room. Grabbing your (favorite ice cream flavor), you made your way to the couch. You checked your phone. No messages. Right as your show came on, someone knocked on the door. You opened it to... No one. But, there was a box on the ground. You picked it up. It was wrapped with bright wrapping paper and topped with a bow. Not even bothering to shut the door, you opened it. Inside was a folded piece of paper. Setting the box down, you opened it.
Meet me in the parking lot in 20 minutes.

You smiled. At least he remembered me. You changed from your pj's to some jeans and a T-shirt and brushed your teeth.
Checking the time, you pulled on your shoes. Five minutes. You walked out of your home, closing the door behind you. You walked down to the lobby and out into the parking lot expecting Lovi, you saw nobody. Sighing, you walked up to a wall and leaned against it. About 10 minutes had passed and you were getting colder by the minute. (Sorry if your birthday is in the summer or something) Just as you where about to walk back inside, the strumming of a guitar came from around a corner. And there was Lovino, followed by a smiling, guitar playing, Spaniard. "Lovi?" You asked stepping forward. "Hola chica!" Antonio (Spain) greeted. "Hi Toni, what's going on?" You were standing about 5 feet away from them. "Why don't you ask sweet, little, Lovino?" He chuckled. You looked at Lovi, giving him a small smile. "Ciao, (Y-Y/N)... " A blush lied obvious on his tan cheeks as he looked away. "What's going on?" You asked again. "Bella, just listen." He sighed and nodded at Toni, who began playing his guitar. -Wait wait, what's going on here.!?- Lovino looked up at you, his blush growing.
Then, he began to sing.
Am I asleep, am I awake or somewhere in between

His voice sounded like heaven as it matched perfectly to the soft sound of the guitar. You blushed like crazy and Lovino smiled.

The guitar got a little quieter and Lovino loomed into you're eyes lovingly.

As he sang, he stepped closer to you and grabbed your hands. Squeezing them a bit, you smiled, happily.

Lovino smiled and leaned in, touching your forehead to his. Both of your eyes were closed and Toni's guitar slowly faded. "Lovi..." You mumbled. He leaned in even closer, making your noses touch. "Oh just kiss me you idiot." He pulled you into a sweet kiss. His lips tastes of tomatoes and were as soft as honey. You wrapped your arms around his neck and he did the same around your waist.
You pulled away, foreheads still slightly touching. "Happy birthday. Tí amo, (Y/N)." He whispered. "Tí amo, Lovi. Thank you." He pulled you into another kiss, smirking.
