It was during your second year when Yoongi messed up the fire-making charm because he had been too busy flirting with a shy Ravenclaw girl and ended up accidentally setting your Herbology notes on fire that you finally spared him your attention once again. Those notes were crucial to the exam you had the next morning and he never apologized, even going as far as to act like he meant it to happen just to impress the Ravenclaw girl so you accidentally used the colovaria charm to change his uniform to a bright pink color that took days to reverse. The two of you got detention that day.

It was during your third year when the defense against the dark arts Professor assigned you and Yoongi to put your knowledge of charms to use and have a duel when you finally interacted with him again. It was definitely the worse decision the professor had ever made but he ignored the warnings from his students and stayed firm on his choice. Yoongi and you were very familiar with the charms and turned the classroom into complete chaos, resulting in the both of you spending an entire week in the infirmary, throwing up slugs. Fortunately for the both of you, your professor thought that was punishment enough for your actions.

It was during your fourth year in your care of magical creatures class when you finally spoke to him again by comparing Yoongi to the slimy, dull flobberworms your class was watching over. In return, he over fed your worm on purpose and it died, earning you a bad grade. You wanted to have the last laugh that day so you slipped your dead worm into his robe and as punishment for horse playing, the two of you had to follow Professor Hagrid into the forbidden forest to help him catch salamanders for the next class.

It was during your fifth year after the incident with your cat that the two of you could no longer manage to avoid each other and began speaking again. By speaking again, you meant bickering and fighting. Your dear little Muffet had a thing for the Slytherin and would often sneak into his dorm at late night, leading him to angrily storm into the Gryffindor common room, demanding you to take your "thing" back.

Needless to say, the two of you continued crossing paths even more now and when you did, your classmates learned to become wary in fear that they'd become victims of your crossfire. The only ones who could put up with you two together were the two friends you had in common: Namjoon and Seokjin. You always wondered how they did it but even as patient and loving as they could be with the both of you, they were growing tired of your antics. The bickering and fighting between you and Yoongi had gotten worse, making the incident with your cat the first of many and it was only the third week of school.

You pressed your tongue against the inside of your cheek as you felt the disappointed stares sent your way. They were from your fellow Gryffindor classmates, who no doubt must've heard of the incident that cost your house five points last night after an encounter with Yoongi, and were upset. You focused your gaze on the door of your classroom, hoping Namjoon would arrive soon to save you from the guilt. He was a Gryffindor as well but he never cared for the house competition, meaning he wouldn't care that you were the reason why your house was falling behind.

Your hope was crushed and worry ensued as Professor Trelawney closed the door, shutting your view of the hall. Namjoon had not showed up and he left you to tolerate an insufferable Min Yoongi alone. The worse part of it all? Yoongi was assigned as your partner in Divination for your crystal-gazing activity.

You sighed in a bored manner as you watched him.

"I see," Yoongi said, in a deep and dramatic voice—clearly annoyed at this ridiculous activity—as he made hand gestures around the cloudy crystal sphere. Divination was definitely not his forte. He looked up suddenly, his dark eyes widening as he looked into the windows of your soul. "I see a hot-headed Gryffindor who adopted a monster for a pet being her stupid, reckless self and costing her house ten more points."
