Annika was standing in front of the Oberoi mansion. In all this mess, she realized that she had to put Om, Rudra, and Priyanka in a safe place. She had tried to call them but couldn't get the call through. So she decided to go there in the day time when Shivaay or Aamon or whoever he was was supposed to be at work. She entered the place and as soon as she stepped in, a sense of negativity engulfed her heart. Indeed, this house was inhabited by the Devil.

"Om! Rudy! Prinku!" She called around the house as she felt strange in this house, she felt as if a strange force was forcing her to leave the place but she couldn't go without her siblings. She called them again and was about to abandon and leave when she noticed a wall. As she came nearer, she gasped as she could see Om, Rudra, and Prinku imprisoned in the wall. Her heart broke on seeing them, it was as though they were part of the house.

"I wish them to leave this wall!" She sobbed but nothing happened. "I wish Om, Rudra, and Prinku to be free from this wall!" She roared. "Why doesn't it work? What's happening? Please," Annika leaned against the wall and cried against what would be Om's chest.

"Oh, what a wonderful surprise! My beautiful wife came to visit me!" Annika was startled on hearing him. She got up and turned to face him.

"What are you doing here? Aren't you at work? I came to visit Om, Rudy, and Prinku. What did you do to them?" Annika asked, wiping away her tears. He walked to her and touched her chin, he leaned over her so that their faces were just millimeters apart.

"Shh, don't begin with your questions, I missed you, Annika." He was about to kiss her but she stepped back, he smirked and walked to her, turning her around abruptly, he put his hand on her abdomen. "When did you plan to tell me about our child?" He stroked her belly and she removed herself from her grip.

"It's none of your business. You're not his father!" Annika shouted.

"You mean that not only you slept with my best friend Daksh, but he also impregnated you?" He held Annika's arms and was about to pin her violently against a pillar.

'Shivaay, please, I know you're in there...' Aamon was stupefied to hear her voice in his head talking to Shivaay. 'I don't know if you're nice or not, but take into consideration this fruit of our union that is growing in my womb. Please take control of your body. I know you can do it, I trust you.' Annika felt the grip on her arms lessen. She ran away and as she reached the entrance, she invaded Shivaay's mind again.

'Keep fighting, I will soon come back to save you all.' Annika ran away. Shivaay's control of his body only lasted a minute or so but when Aamon overpowered him again it was too late. Annika was already gone. She had gone back to her parents' house. She now knew that she needed to keep her dear ones safe because her confrontation with Aamon was near.

She walked into the house and saw that her parents were having some tea. Gurmeet and Payal noticed straight away her tormented face.

"Is everything all right?" Payal asked.

"You need to leave mom and dad." She simply said while her parents furrowed her brows.

"Annie is everything all right?" Gurmeet asked going up to go to his daughter. He was closer to her than her mother, he had always stood by her side no matter what.

"You need to leave, he will hurt you!" Annika sobbed. "It's for your own security dad, I cannot let you on the open like that when he can harm you." She walked to them and decided to show them some of her powers by creating a ball of liquid with the tea in their cups.

"I'm a witch mom. I'm Mahi VIth, my biological mom contacted me a few days ago and told me about my real identity. She had to give me up to protect me from a bad wizard, his name is Aamon and he got Shivaay in his clutches, that's why Shivaay was so horrible. He's not the real one. I need to keep you safe, away from this person. I already booked your tickets for the next train, you'll be going to visit maasi in Chennai. As soon as everything will be settled you'll come here okay?" Annika said, by now, her face was soaked with tears.

"How can you expect us to leave you here on your own?" Payal asked with tears in her eyes. She went to Annika and hesitantly held her arms. She didn't know how her powers worked and she was scared to be hurt or worse, to hurt her.

"You have to. It's my battle. I saw what he did to Shivaay's family, he imprisoned them in the walls of his mansion, I cannot imagine what he would do to you. Please, leave, don't force me to use my powers on you, I don't want to hurt you!" Annika cried. Gurmeet stroked her cheek and took her in his arms.

"Okay jaanu, we'll go. But promise me to take care of yourself. Your mother and I don't know anything about magic, and I guess your real family is more equipped to handle the situation." Gurmeet said.

"Don't worry Gurmeet, we're not leaving Mahi on her own," Mreenal said and appeared behind Annika as if she was a ghost. Gurmeet and Payal opened their eyes like saucers. "I'm Mreenal, Mahi's biological mother. I will take care of her and be sure that nothing happens to her. I'll never be thankful enough for everything you did for our daughter and I think now it's time for me to step in. This matter is too dangerous for the two of you. As soon as everything will be over, Annika herself will come to take you back home." Annika smiled and her parents finally decided to leave.

She bid them farewell at the train station, praying to God to keep them face but it looked like God had some other plans for her as she listened to the news at night.

"It has been reported that the train that left Mumbai this afternoon to Chennai derailed. There are no survivors. Some people witnessed a dark cloud above the train before it exploded..."

Annika collapsed on the floor as she heard the news. She tried to breathe but everything seemed too complicated. As she found her voice back, only something escaped her lips.

"Aamon!" She cried in pain.
