Being late.

Once again, I woke up to the annoying ass sound of an alarm clock going 'beep beep beep." I nearly threw it against the wall. But thankfully, It was friday. So I was excited about Derrick's party tonight. Thinking to myself, I kinda zoned out, then I heard my phone ring. I picked it up and it was Lyndsey. Her screaming through the phone with her loud ass "OH HEYY BOO. WHAT"RE YOU WEARING TO DERREK'S PARTY TONIGHT?" I answered her back " A burgandy cropped top, jeans, and my black combat boots" What're you wearing?" She said "I have no idea." I laughed. "I swear Lyndsey, You're a slacker. You're gonna be late for your own funeral" She laughed. "Well I have to go, See ya tonight boo" We hung up. I got dressed and headed out the door for school. When I arrived, I was beyond excited to see Rhyner. I went into class and sat down, somehow he managed to get there before me. He said Hi to me and smiled. I greeted him back, I could feel my cheeks turning rosey red. We were about to take notes on some kind of shit that I didnt understand at all. He asked for a pencil, and I gave him one. After about 45 minutes of non-stop writing, class was over. Him and I went our seperate ways.

Later that day, I seen him at lunch. I seen him, but he didnt see me, like always ... I sat down with my friend Amber and we chit-chatted, gossiped, all that girly stuff. Lunch was over at 12:30 and my next class started at 12:36, So I had to hurry. In gym, I seen him again, I guess the guys were playing basketball or something. But i've never seen him in gym, so it shocked me. The girls had to run the mile. I hated running the mile. After about 10 minutes of that agony, gym was over, and it was time to go home. I went into the locker room and changed, grabbed my things and scurried down the hall. Finally I made it to my car, I got in and drove home. When i arrived home, my parents were still working like always. I decided to grab a snack and go upstairs. It was friday, so I didnt have homework. I turned on the t.v. and Girl Code was on. Thats my favorite show. About 20 minutes later I guess I fell asleep, because when i woke up, it was 7:30. I jumped up and ran to the shower. I got out and blow-dryed my hair. I decide to sraighten it. I put on my make-up and ran to my room to get dressed. When I looked at my phone it was 7:51. "God Haylee! Why the fuck did you have to fall asleep?! I left a note on the fridge for my parents. I grabbed my bag and hurried out the door to my car.
