Jiraiya has been on missions all day and I never get to see him. So when I saw him today I was very happy. "Hey Jiraiya." I said going up to him to hug him. "Hey y/n." He said hugging me back tightly. "I miss you and I never see you anymore." I said just laying my head on his chest. "I know I'm sorry." He said looking down at me. "Want to walk me home?" I said grabbing his arm and holding on to it. "Of course I do." He smiling and we started walking. Me and Jiraiya were just friends but everybody thought differently. I can see why now. I don't even like him or do I. I don't know it's confusing. He probably doesn't like me anyways. We were finally around where my house was. I was so tired lady Tsunade has been giving missions nonstop now. So I have been getting tired faster. "You want me to stay with you again?" Jiraiya asked and we were right by my door. I zoned out so bad all the time. "Oh um no it's fine you don't have to." I said looking into his eyes. His eyes always made me feel safe when I looked at them. "I guess I will stay with you I kinda wanted to anyway." He said grabbing the keys and opening the door. "I'll make dinner okay." I said as Jiraiya put on a movie for us to watch while we eat dinner. As I was making dinner I felt arms wrapping around my waist. "Dinner is almost ready." I said as I knew it was Jiraiya. "Okay and the movie is ready." He said as he put his chin on top of my head. "Jiraiya can I ask you something." I said quietly but loud enough for him to hear me. "Of course what is it." He said looking at me with his eyes closed and smiling at me. "Well I have been thinking lately...do you like me?" You could hear the nervousness in my voice it was clear he heard it too because he stop smiling and looked at me. He looked very serious and I was scared of what he was going to say so I hidden myself under the blankets but I didn't cover my whole face just my mouth and nose. So you could see my eyes. "Of courses i like you y/n." He said looking into my eyes keeping hard eye contact. "Wait really?" I asked making sure he wasn't joking. "Yea I like you more than a friend." He said staying serious. I was shocked. I can't believe it. "You know very time someone would ask me if we were together I wish I could say yes we are but I always had to say no we aren't." He said looking back at the movie. "Aww jiraiya really." I said blushing a little. "Yea anyways let's finish dinner okay." He said as he begins to stuff his face. After we finished the movie and just talked after. "So you want to stay the night?" I asked looking down at the ground. "Yea why not it too late anyways."he said. I walked him down to my room and let him change while I cleaned up in the living room. I finished and went upstairs and there he was. He was in my bed fast asleep. I guess I took to long. I changed and got in bed beside him. As I got comfortable he wrapped his arms around my waist and put his head in between my neck and rested it there. I heard a mumbled "goodnight y/n I love you." I blushed so much and whispered a love you too and made my way into a good night sleep.
