Second Chance...

Viperion suddenly shoved his handcuffs into Ladybug's hands. Thankfully she caught them, although confused.

Princess Justice's eyes flared with anger and disbelief as she immediately strummed the strings between the fingers on her left hand to create another pink wave directed at the heroes.
They easily avoided it, but ended up jumping in opposite directions and getting split up. Ladybug was closest to the windows and Cat Noir made it to the bed, while Viperion ducked under the attack and took cover beneath the piano.

"Ladybug, what's the plan?" Cat Noir called out, jumping along the walls to the railing that held shelves of disks and games as Princess Justice fired at him.

"Cat Noir, cataclysm that shelf!" Viperion called, pointing at the large shelf containing all of Adrien's trophies and achievements.

The black cat obeyed, kicking off the wall and dashing toward the shelf with his hand raised in the air. "Cataclysm!" He gave both of them a confident slap, causing them to immediately crumble, and a cascade of trophies came crashing down. Most of them were actually quite heavy, so they made quite a sound when they fell.
Princess Justice turned to the fallen shelf to see what on earth had happened.

Calm down, Kagami, calm down, Kagami told herself, bouncing nervously on her heels. Cat Noir and Viperion are working so hard to protect me. I need to be the one to succeed, and I can't do that if I'm panicking.
She took another deep breath and looked around the room for the hundredth time, this time focused and clear-minded.

Suddenly she had an idea as she spotted her own wrist, Princess Justice's ankle, Viperion's handcuffs that were now in her hands, the mini spiral staircase that led to the railing in the room, and the cane.
She wasn't sure if it would work, but it was worth a shot.

While Princess Justice was still distracted with the fall of the trophy case, Ladybug clasped one of the handcuffs around her left wrist, leaving the other one hanging. She ran up the spiral staircase, making it to the top, and leapt off the railing toward the supervillain.
Ladybug caught her foot by surprise and took the chance to quickly lock the other end of the handcuff to Princess Justice's ankle, effectively chaining the two together.
Princess Justice panicked as she was dragged down by the extra weight, unable to stay in the air anymore. She frantically strummed the strings between her fingers, creating a huge wavelike pulse that headed straight for Ladybug.

✨ Viperion knew what he had to do. He strummed his lyre too, creating a similar pulse that disrupted Princess Justice's attacks and bought Ladybug a few vital seconds.
Ladybug used her free hand to grab the cane which she'd attached to her waist using the yo-yo. She reached up, using the cane as an extension, and hooked Princess Justice's wrist; the one that was holding the guitar pick. Ladybug yanked it down with all her might, bringing the villain's hand down to eye level.

Cat Noir realized what Ladybug was doing. She'd used the cane to bring the akumatized item down to a reachable height, giving them the chance to get it.
As soon as he realized it, Cat Noir jumped out of hiding, snatched the guitar pick out of Princess Justice's hand, and snapped it in half. Sure enough, an akuma and a nix flew out of it.

"Yes!!!" cheered Ladybug, a huge grin on her face. She felt her shoulders relax and a wave of relief wash over her.
She really did it. She beat a supervillain as Ladybug.

"Ladybug," Viperion called from beneath the piano. "Capture the akuma!"

"Oh, right." She took got her yo-yo and did the normal ritual of capturing the butterfly and the snowflake, and used the Miraculous Ladybugs with her free hand, clearing up all the damage the room and the street had taken, even fixing the sunken Liberty and everything on it. Juleka was returned safely to the ground, and the pink bike and the handcuffs created by Princess Justice disappeared as well. Ladybug caught the deakumatized Marinette and gently placed her on the floor.
