Everything was full of light. Birds began to chirp; life was evolved as it was in the heavens than it was on the ground. Silver saw lights, he saw his past, his present, future memories flowing all throughout time and space. "What is all of this?" Silver said questioning the surroundings around him. He took a step with his right foot on the surface he was walking. He held on to the railing of course. "Are we in heaven? I did a lot of bad things in my life, but I personally didn't think the gods would want to see me...." Koi said a little surprised by the prospect of what he was seeing. "Where is Jumu though? Shouldn't he be here?" Silver thought about it for a minute before coming up with a conclusion.
"Jumu is in Hell." One of the angels spoke to them. Silver and Koi felt offended by this. "Well, why would he be in hell?! What did he do wrong?!" The angel chuckled and looked at them for a moment before responding. "I think that would be obvious. If you don't know, then I'm surprised you got yourself a ticket here in the first place. People who get into heaven are the ones with good hearts, Jumu did not. His heart was in the right place, but his methods in handling situations were wrong." The angel replied to them.
"So what? He's going to stay in hell forever?" Silver asked the angel as he was feeling confused on what was going to happen to Jumu.
The Angel looked at them and looked at his wings. He shook his head. "Going to hell isn't as bad as other humans may think. He used prohibited divine gifts in a battle that he wasn't allowed to use at such full capacity, yet he used it regardless without looking at the consequences of his actions. If that doesn't describe a jerk, I don't know what does. You don't use our gifts and not expect aftereffects to take place." The angel replied directly at Koi and Silver.
"Are you kidding me? That is insane. He saved the world, he saved all of us from becoming killed, he even saved what was left of the burning school and because of that he is punished for doing something good for humanity? How about you stop acting selfish and start acting like real angels who care!" Silver replied angrily at what the angel was saying to him about Jumu. Silver knew in his heart that Jumu didn't deserve to go to hell.
"That's quite enough. Joshua. Arguing with spirits is not gonna get us anywhere. Let me take over, for now." It was quite weird. A man in light approached both Silver and Jumu as he began to walk closer to them. "........" Standing between them. He was silent. He had White Eyes. Body covered in light.
"Do you know me?" The man in light spoke to them. He smiled and touched their faces, as he closed his eyes. "I am a God of many things. I am sure you have heard of me before, have you not?" The man of light said to the two of them.
"No. I don't. Who are you? Why do you know us? Maybe it is the Caffeine Withdrawal. That and I probably don't have any suppositories to wake me up FROM THIS FREAKIN NIGHTMARE!" Silver yelled at the man in light.
"My name is Kagami. Kagami Kurogami. I am a God of Light. I am also a god who destroys."
"Okay? So, you must have been a really nice person and didn't do any horrible things in the real world." Silver and Koi replied trying to understand Kagami better.
"No. I did a lot of bad things. Horrible things. Things I personally regretted. I didn't listen. I was stubborn. I kept a lot of things bottled up. I lashed out and spoke to my creators badly. I wanted things done my way. I never wanted criticism. Yet, overtime I learned to accept it. I was never a great person deep down. Always going on social media, competing to be the best, being the one who stands out more. I felt I was being very dishonest with myself and the only achievement I achieved was humiliation, defeat, selfishness, disrespectfulness, I stooped to there level and that makes me no better than them. Why did I become a god? Why did the gods kept on forgiving my selfish acts, my reckless unjustified lifestyle? I personally don't really know. Maybe it was because of my religion. Maybe it wasn't. Being Stubborn, being a pain, being self- centered, being an absolute screw up makes you realize that the things you were doing are simply wrong and horrible. I apologized to those I have hurt, but even then...it wasn't enough." Kagami continued. He seemed to have been rambling on but, this was his origins. An origin story.
