"So. Two of the horseman have been defeated. The creator of the horsemen is on the run, and we have no leads on where their party has going. We've pretty much been following a needle in a haystack at this point." Rustle Condell. The commander of Gjallahorn. One of the most ruthless, brutal organization. They were an organization that deals with handling difficult scenario's and cleaning up situations that turned dirty in some instances.
Ikor suggested a counterattack towards the Boarder of Minerva Bridge. "We will go ahead and issue the order for the attack." Ikor suggested to Rustle. "Good. They can rest easy but once we catch up to them. They'll surely be on their very knees begging for mercy. I don't need to paint a picture of how this is going to end. We shall attack on both sides. The horseman's side as well as their side. So, they probably won't see it coming." Walking on the bridge of the space battleship known as light bringer. He ordered a battleship formation, protecting the light bringer from danger. It seems this might be a surprise attack.
Rustle chuckled to himself while sipping his coffee while crossing his legs. He stared at the coffee for a moment. He was thinking what else to add to the plan that they were creating to kill off Jumu for good. "Bayleth. I need you to go and kill off Koi. Your rival. Andrea's. Your mission is to kill Silver. Ending it. Baal. Your job is to kill off Gold. While, I will put an end to Jumu myself." Rustle aligned his glasses up correctly.
Meanwhile back in Itarus. Jumu and the rest of the gang were preparing to figure out where the lost tomb of Luminaria was being kept. Many were considered to have gone missing going through this path. Gold was walking slowly. He did seem to take his time collecting his thoughts while wondering what to do next. "Are you quite finished? You were not speaking for a long time. I was beginning to get bored out of my mind." Endurance replied to Gold.
Out of the blue. A large energy arrow nearly was caught between Gold's eye. Grabbing it quickly, Gold decided to break it apart as he wasn't in a mood to be playing hide and seek with the enemy in the shadows. "Alright, if you're with the government or the church. Get out of the shadows, so I can beat you for information regarding your goons. Seeing as I own this place, which is effectively everything regarding territory."
Smirking out of the woods. A man with expensive attire revealed himself. He had black pants; he had a black camouflaged T-shirt as he seemed to be an important figure. "Impressive. You seem to have understood where I was shooting from without a second thought. Mr. Gold. I will give you in the count of three to surrender. One..."
Gold wasn't sure how to take this. Was he really going to surrender to someone he did not know? Hardly not. Why would he? It was unlike him. He grabbed the man that came out of the wood as he then used a knife in his pocket that he found, which he used to strike towards the figure that was near him. "You see. I am not in the best of moods right now, so if you kindly get the hell out of my way. I would really appreciate it. If not, then I guess we have our own problems to settle, with our weapons on hand. So, you can kind of understand how this may end for you one way or another." The man charged at Gold calling his bluff. In one strike, he was struck down instantly. He fell headfirst on the floor bleeding all over his body with severe and substantial injuries. "When you can't learn your lesson. I'm what you get." Gold ended with that after he saw the bleeding moron's blood covering the entire bush as well as the grass included.
"We can still keep moving. Fighting all the time can be more frustrating than satisfying. So, we have to balance it out. You will not be a happy person if you just keep whacking people out of enjoyment. So, we probably should come up with a comprise. Let's just keep on fleeing whoever tries to come our way. If they are trying to uncover the exact samething we are finding. We may have a major problem...."
Endurance tried to stay calm. He was wondering what they should do. The magical cat nibbled at his shirt for a bit. Koi slapped Endurance for a moment. "Would you stop that? We are trying to find the tomb. This is not the time for you to be taking a break and playing with that rodent. All you're doing is stalling for time, which if you hadn't notice, we are already doing now!" Koi was angry. He could not take it anymore. He started going on ahead pressing on towards where they were supposed to go. Silver saw something horrible happening ahead. "Koi? Koi!" He called out his name. He was not sure what happened.
The sharpness of the blade shined brightly within the light of sun. A man of blue with grey eyes showed himself. He had quite a professional attire almost like a lieutenant within the military. Aiming the sword at the three of them considering koi was not able to speak, he spoke trying to break the silence. "My. What do we have here? We have Jumu, Gold, Silver, and a dead Koi. If I didn't know any better, it would seem I hit the jackpot. My name is Bayleth. Lieutenant of Rustle Condell of Gjallahorn. Snapping his fingers. Andrea's, Baal, Rustle appeared as well as the Gjallahorn fleet that appeared within the air above them. Surrender and we may consider your sentences to be merciful." Bayleth yawned as he knew this was going to be an easy job.
Koi using the last of his strength lunged at Bayleth using his sword to go for a slash between the crotch. It seemed to have hit accurately. He swiped left which he attempted to slash his neck off clean. Bayleth's life ended just like that. Endurance resurrected him. "So, you killed Bayleth. It is a pity, but I am guessing he had it coming." Andrea's spoke ill of his friend. "Bayleth wasn't going to live long. So, it would not have mattered either way. Now that he is resurrected. Our plan has backfired."
Jumu sighed. "I personally am getting tired of dealing with you people. There is just so many times where killing is too much."
Andrea's used an Excalibur blade and used it on Silver. Upon responding his own way, silver slid down underneath him using his own switch blade slicing his lower leg. He popped open the back of the blade using a second set of the blade connecting it making it larger in size. Throwing the blade near Andrea's, silver attempted to go for a combo with the blades he used. It worked for a while. Andrea's was bleeding. He dropped dead.
Baal putting his hand on the blade slowly. He attempted to rub it, as he did it a few large balls of spiritual energy covered the blade. It looked like the blade itself was on fire. "Your so close, yet so far to completing a mission. Whatever happened to the pride you once had?" Baal asked Gold this question. He wanted an honest answer.
"Funny. I thought you were the one who had a hard time killing me off. Turns out this is just the opposite. Maybe we can finally have some fun for once." Gold transformed turning into Red. He rushed in using his gauntlets. Baal blocked most of the hits that were given to him. "I thought you were better then this. I guess you fall short in reaching the mark. Unfortunate." Baal mocked Gold's abilities in trying to defeat him.
"You are good I'll give you that. You can handle a blade well. However, it doesn't mean you have me." Red who was his transformed form, broke an energy circle overriding its properties. Punching Baal into the portal of red, he held on to his body as they both dived in an ocean of lava. Their punches were hot, Baal was burning up though he was used to it. He was a Goetia. A type of species of demon. Red and Baal were simmering in the hot lava in impending doom. "You can't possibly survive in this god forsaken heat! I know your type too well! You may be able to handle a good amount here and there but, not a whole lot so stop bluffing and die already!" Baal squeezing his hand towards the gauntlets could feel his own hands slipping. "Over my dead body I will!" The gauntlets seemed to have been chipping away bit by bit.
The blows between the two started to become extreme. Blood spilled on Baal's neck. Same with red. "Blood has already been spilled enough. Stop this foolishness at once, you are a demon. You uphold honor. You can't even stop at that!" Red was pissed off as the adrenaline from his mind kept pouring into him. He lunged himself at him further punching Baal in the chest of where his lungs were located. They both went deeply into the lava which was further in. The exposure of the intense heat that they were a part of became too much even for them. "Give it up, Red. I am a Goetia. Lava is nothing compared to that form. Sure, it may be resistant for a little, but you are not a demon. You are still a mortal. So... how about you throw in the towel!" Baal was feeling lucky. So, he went for a first strike to pummel Red into the zesty fiery ocean. "The next time you try to fight a Goetia, maybe do your research first before rushing in like an idiot." Baal insulted Red on purpose to get him angry.
The extreme bubbles started eating away Red. Baal opened the red portal with his demonic magic. He was levitating his body towards the circle. His hands reached the corners of the circle as he lifted his own head in the portal to escape. As soon as Baal was about to enter the outside world, he felt a tug in his foot. "What the..." He said confused.
"HEY ASSHOLE, I don't know if this matters to you, but I am still alive! So, I do not appreciate you ignoring me while I am trying to get my message out here." Red finalized a weapon he used out of thin memory. It was a bastard chopper. He aligned the chopper in a right angle which he then switched the alignment to the chopper's right direction. Red smashed it once, continued to smash it twice, following through were four to seven smashes in the face which was towards the neck, the chest, all over Baal's body. The result was an enormous wave of friction pushing against Baal forcefully.
Baal felt an increase amount of emotional pressure from the recent actions made by Red. "Uragh... This is not how I intended on ending things. Leave a human alone for a few minutes... they become stronger, more cunning then ever." Baal's body began to explode. The bastard chopper not only pierced his heart, it blew baal away with the amount of power it had. The explosions started to grow bigger by the minute. After the final explosion, Baal was erased from existence. He was gone.
Gold transformed back to his old self. He panted for a while. "Demons... they're a pain in my ass." Gold, Koi, Jumu, Silver, all of them looked at Rustle. Jumu went into his battle pose. "This isn't a game anymore Rustle. You cannot be chasing us so much. You have a life of your own, don't you?" Rustle interrupted him with a punch to the jawline. Jumu tapped into his Talisman form creating a shield. Kubo grabbing his Aether blade, used it against Rustle. He continued forward putting his own hand on his stomach, using his hands kubo managed to open the Ki or spiritual energy coming from his stomach. Gesturing his hands to the point where he unscrewed the seal within him. Ascension. Unlocking an Ascension for was especially important.
Kubo struck down Rustle in one hit. He expanded the blade demolishing the battleship army from above rendering him and his backup useless. "Let's hope the next life gives you peace or salivation."
"Wow!" Koi shouted in amazement. "Damn. All this fighting has made me feel exhausted. Let us take a five-minute rest or something." Endurance nodded. "That sounds delightful. If our enemies tried to attack us, we must be awfully close to the tomb."
Silver prepared something in the meantime. He dug in his pocket to find a few imperial quarters handing them to Koi and the rest. "Going into an inn without these might be more detrimental so don't lose them please." Koi inspected the quarters. Gold and Jumu inspected it as well. They looked extraordinary.
Jumu took the lead. He headed for a small tavern. This tavern was called "The Drunken Spleen" Koi barged through the door. The bartender narrowed his eyes suspicious of what was going on. "May I help you gentlemen, I would have said welcome, but the door was slammed on the start."
The bartender spoke to them as they unprofessionally came in the door without no prior knocking or even asking if they were open. "How may I help you boys? Do you have any currency to help you with your journey? What is it you want to know? I am all ears. I am willing to listen to what you have to say." Smiling. The bartender offered waters on the house for the four of them.
"Man, I miss going into Tavern's. Never had the customer experience so I guess this'll be worth it." Koi sipped on his water. The rest grabbed either smoothies, possibly some root beer floats as well. Jumu went up to the bartender. "Hey, do you have any spare rooms available for resting?" The bartender bowed asking them to go where he was going. "Right this way sir, I am sure we can probably accommodate to your request."
It was a while. Koi went into the bathroom which had a shower. He took off his clothes, he turned on the hot water and after that he allowed the hot water to take his worries away from the outside world. "Long time no see, Koi..." A strange voice echoed throughout the room. It was silent until four gunshots roared throughout the area. It hit the glass structure that koi was showering, shattering in many different pieces in the bathroom. What followed through was an uncomfortable yell of discomfort made by koi himself. ".... YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS! AGAIN!!!! WHO THE HELL THINKS SHOOTING SOMEONE'S BATHROOM IS A GOOD IDEA BECAUSE I DON'T!" Koi said yelling on the top of his lungs. "I'm incredibly surprised that you four are alive. I would of thought Gjallahorn killed off the four of you by now. Though if you are here, I don't think there needs to be any concern." Platinum was happy that he was able to converse between the four of them. "If you want another person to join in the fight to save the world. I am willing to lend you all a hand."
Koi sighed. "Yeah sure. However, this whole gun thing is getting old. I would like to shower in peace." Platinum considered it. He raised his gun shooting him in the leg. "Mmmm... no. No one tells me what to do." Koi shouted in pain. "WHAT THE HELL MAN! I AM NAKED, IN THE SHOWER, WITH NO CLOTHES, WHY!" Koi had some bandages in the cabinet within the room, so he decided to use them on himself so his injuries would not get worse. "Oh, my apologies. Perhaps I should have given you a warning before bursting into flames angrily."
Platinum sat on a chair. He began to think a little bit waving his pistol around a few times. "Go rest. I will meet you guys in the Hulio Waltz Cathedral ruins. It is where she is. It is where everyone wants a wish granted from her. "I will meet you there, we will defeat her together." Platinum warped himself to the cathedral ruins. He found an easier way to travel. His ability was known as fast travel.
Koi finished his shower. The others slept soundly within the night. A knock on the door was heard for about four times. "Hello? It's morning. Are you four up? Housekeeping is ready to clean the room." That was the bartender. He wanted to know if they were up and ready to go.
Jumu and the others headed out to their destination. A destination that was long overdue for a long time. After a gruesome 95 minutes of walking. They saw it. Her glorious forgotten tomb. Koi wanted to see it for his own hands. He slowly tried to grab the corners of it. Before he could see what was inside, a hand stopped him. Platinum narrowed his eyes muttering under his breath. "Don't even think about it. You touch it.... I'll make sure you become a dead man by the end of the day."
Platinum put his stuff down. He began to pray. "Is this what we're doing?" Said Koi confused at what was happening. "You need to pray. Doing no praying will not allow her to come out of the tomb." Platinum suggested to the rest of them. This seemed to be a particularly important ritual regarding the Last horseman. Maybe this was something Jumu could get used to occasionally.
Koi sat down. He put his hands together. He put his head down as well. Jumu crossed his legs. He prayed as well. Endurance closed his eyes. He prayed too. Silver knowing what he knew closed his eyes and began to pray. All these prayers were shaped into some energy balls going into the tomb. The tomb started to become alive.
The tomb started to crack open. Was she alive? Did the prayers do it? It was hard to tell at this angle.
Platinum raised his gun at the horseman's tomb. "Don't take another step." The horseman's tomb opened. The sky turned white, the stars began to align, everything seemed to have changed rather quickly. "Raising weapons towards someone who has the power of divine divinity is something that is unacceptable. Lower your weapon now." The voice of the horseman spoke towards platinum.
"I ain't lowering nothing! My guard is---!" The gun broke. The horseman used the power of the clouds to condense the structure of the weapon by a lot breaking it in half. "You did not listen. So now I will be the one to give you a reason to accept the consequences. Don't feel bad. Mortals need to be taught lessons. Platinum was going to be chilling in the sideline.
Gold transformed into Red. He bashed luminaria extremely hard. Red used a flurry of punches following up with an uppercut. "This won't stop me." Lumin felt the hit greatly. She was on the floor panting. "Interesting attack. I may need to take some notes." Luminaria put two of her hands on the floor igniting explosions from the ground one by one taking all the Heroes out as best as she could. Silver, Platinum felt the pressure of these explosions as they were caught in it. Koi wielding his blade rushed in to try and stop her. He grazed her cheek. He felt confident enough to defeat her on his own.
"Pathetic. Toy blades are not going to do anything to me. However, I am impressed you grazed my cheek. SNEAK ATTACKS ONLY WORK ONCE!" Luminaria broke the blade in half. Koi sidestepped going a few inches away from luminaria. "Damn... that was my favorite blade as well. You'll pay for this!" Luminaria giggled. "Pay? For what? You are not helping yourself. You are only delaying the inevitable.
Jumu tapped into his Talisman form. He transformed back into his original form. Kubo grabbed twin blades illuminating in light and Aether. He activated his Ascension form. He looked like a gigantic skyscraper. Luminaria transformed into the blood goddess. She also tapped into her Ascension form. She was the size of Mountain's. Both clashed. Their clashes caused Earthquakes. Those earthquakes made the ground crumble on all ends. "Are you sure you want to continue this?" The blood goddess Luminaria said trying to sound confident against him.
Kubo's hand was covered in yellow light as it clashed against Luminaria's blue-ish light creating an immense explosion between the two. Within the explosion, Kubo was pushing. He was pushing like there was no tomorrow. "Don't underestimate me, I came so far just to get my wish!"
Each blow was intense then the next. Swords clashed with each other. Kubo pushed, he pushed further beyond then anyone else. The blades tip reached Luminaria's neck; Kubo quickly swiped gashing a large cut between her throat all the way towards her stomach. The blood leaked down from her waist. "Give up, you can't possibly continue the way you are." He swung the blade forty times near her as he can see the blade doing devastating damage to her body. Kubo struck the blade down her Ascension form, from the impact created a sink hole which erupted mountains of lava as a result. The place they were was infested with lava as it was eating everything around it's path. Everything was being devoured. "No! I am the final horseman! I decide who wins!" She opened her mouth as an incredibly accurate laser shot out from her throat annihilating everything that touched the ground. The grass, wilderness, everything that considered green was destroyed.
Kubo posed. He put the blade he had still on the ground. He exhaled greatly blowing a huge proposition of wind. The blades aura turned into a blizzard as he blew towards Luminaria. She blocked using her arms, of course this did not do much in terms of trying to help her feel less damaged than usual. Kubo using some elaborate gestures he learned from heaven began to connect his fingers together using a ball form while keeping them still. Energy from the outer lair showed from the form he was using.
Luminaria felt extreme pressure. Kubo fired the ball of energy with the combination of the blizzard aura. His intention was to freeze her. She felt a pins and needles effect from the recent attack by Kubo. She felt overwhelmed. "Not bad Talisman. You really know how to earn your place around here." She looked at him. She felt the lava hurt her body as it did burn a lot. "Alright. Alright. I'll grant you your wish. You earned it." Luminaria went back to her original self. She smiled. "I'm impressed. Never in my life I would have someone else best me in battle. Though that's just me reminiscing of my own past life." Jumu went back to his original self. He felt tired. "I want to restore the world back to it's original form. I don't want the chaos to taint it no longer. Luminaria, with your permission. I would like you to fulfill this wish for me."
"That wish. While it is something that I can fulfill you but... I don't think it's something that will make you happy. Saving the world maybe something you can live by... however have you thought this through fully?" Luminaria questioned his motives regarding his wish. "...... I thought about it. I would like for you to make it come true so that everyone can live happy. No longer waking up and feeling pain." Jumu said smiling for the first time. Luminaria felt happy about this answer as well.
Luminaria began to make the wish come true. "Very well Jumu. Then it shall be done.... You should be proud." Her smile brightened anyone's day. Her hands began producing power. The wish was about to be brought to life....
