"Why do you have to be so cute?", I mumbled under my breath. "Hmm?", she asked. "U-uhm N-nothing", I replied nervously. "Ahhhhh, You're blushing eh?", she teased, great she noticed. I gave her a facepalm as a reply. She laughed, I think its cute tho- "You know, there's this ball coming up", I said as I changed the subject. "What ball?", she asked. "The fall ball, its like prom but in fall", I replied. "Mhmmm- Wait you're going to that stupid dance? You dont even have a date", she teased again. "First of all, Yes I am going. Second, I.. dont have a date", I answered. She laughed at the second one. "But, I was thinking i could ask you", I said finishing my sentence. Man I'm nervous right now.

Wait what? He's asking me? "I uhm-", I said. "Wait wait, I'm not insisting you to go", he said nervously. "No that's not what I meant. Uhm sure I'll go with you", I said blushing a bit. "Imma go out, I think i forgot something", he said excitedly as he went out. I was shocked to hear him shouting "Yessss!!!!" he said shouting. I chuckled, sure he was excited.
He came back after a minute with a bouquet in his hands. I was shocked to see him with it. Is he gonna give me that?
