(Nailea's POV)

While talking with my friends, laughing along at the funny events that just happened, I couldn't help but to look to the side and smile at my uncle who's been watching us from the counter. I missed this feeling of being with friends and not crying over about the amount of shit our professors make us do.

Experiencing times like these with this new guy, Andrew, honestly made it a lot better, not just because I could see and be with this attractive man.

I take a glance at my friends, looking at each one attentively and try my best to picture this moment in my mind and keep with me for a long time. These moments really are the ones I cherish the most, because being with them just makes life feel slow. Slow enough for me to be happy and remember all the little things that others wouldn't notice or just take for granted.

I take my phone out to take some pictures of the place and of my friends for instagram but my sister's number suddenly shows up on my screen. I walk outside and answer my sister's call by the parking lot at front.

"Evelyn? What is it?" I ask on the phone wondering why my younger sister is called at two in the morning.

"Pick me upppp, my car isn't workinggg and my head feels like shiiiiit." Evelyn replies while eating her words, and I hear a male voice in the background shouting for her to come back for what seems to be another shot of alcohol. Anger starts to rush through my veins at what I heard. I've told my sister many times not to hangout with people like them, who have no self-respect and think drinking away problems is the solution to everything.

She told me she was going out for a group project, not a fucking drinking session. The fact that this isn't the first time something like this happened pisses me off.

"Just stay there and don't drink anything more, I'm gonna call your boyfriend okay?" I tell my sister, sighing in disappointment not just at her but also myself for not being able to take better care of her.

"Mhhhhhmmmmmmm....." She mumbles. I end the call, scrolling through my contacts and calling my sister's boyfriend who honestly takes care of her more than she takes care of herself. I tell him about my call with Evelyn and send him her location that I got from our call.

As I put my phone down, a sudden voice speaks loudly and seems to be calling me. I turn around only to see some drunk man in his forties barely walking and holding onto an empty bottle of liquor, most likely coming from the club nearby. I turn around not giving him any attention and head towards the door, but a hand suddenly grips on my forearm causing my eyes to open from shock and turn to the man now holding unto me. "Hey sweetie, I was calling you." The drunk man said with a smirk while reeking of alcohol, suffocating me.

"Get off of me you piece of shit!" I scream. With no hesitation, I pull his arm off and kick one of his legs, causing him to lose his balance and landing onto the concrete, hearing the sound of glass shattering. My heart starts beating fast, hands frantically shaking and a million thoughts start to run in my head, making me more anxious. I walk as fast as I can towards the main door, head hung low, avoiding the man as much as possible. As I was about to enter the door, a tall figure comes out and abruptly stops before me.
