The new year

It was my first day of 8th grade and i was ready to get back into the old routine. I see my two best friends skye and brooke and i say heyy to them. We start talking about our summer and skye was talking about how she met this guy named phil and i figured she would figuring how pretty she is. And brooke talked about how she dated 5 guys over the summer ( no surprise there.) Well it was 3rd period and i was walking into science class. I put my stuff down and i acidentally bumped into someone. Right when i say sorry i look to see it was dan! He says "hey shay how was ur summer" i wanted to hug him soo tightly but i didnt want to ruin my cool so i just said "good how about you" he says "basically smoked and chilled with friends." Mr. Fox tells us who is in our table and he says "shay, dan, kathryn, and luke." Right when i heard his name i couldnt help but smile so big. I knew this was going to be a great new year!
