One day, Mel and Jared had had enough. So they decided to finally explore the shadowy depths. It was a Monday and they were supposed to go to school. They each packed there bags with extra supplies and clothing. Mel's mum asked her why and Mel referred to their back up story which was that Mel was staying at Jared's house for the night. Jared's mum saw Jared packing but as she was stupid she never asked why.
They caught the school bus to the school but instead of walking the rest of the way they walked into the forest. They were proceeding cautiously as they were afraid to be seen by teachers and Mel's parents. When they were almost into the forest, Jared's mum spotted them and shout "hi kids. Have fun in the forest and remember to stay out at night in the open." Mel and Jared exchanged glances and cracked up laughing when Mel did the crazy sign.
