Thresh
Thresh should have won the hunger games becuse he's obviously stronger and tougher than cato and all the other tributes.His machete could tear the flesh off every other tribute. Katniss only won because Thresh let her get away whenever they got their gifts. thresh was in 4th place but really was supposed to be in 1st.The only reason Thresh lost was because they put ALL the mutant mutts against him. Scientificly Thresh would've won the hunger games not katniss
