Cato should've won The Hunger Games because he trained for them. Simple as that. His entire life was devoted to winning the Hunger Games. He was strong, brutal, smart, stratagetic, skillful, etc. He was good with a sword, spear, and he was also good with Hand to Hand combat. If he wasn't wounded and up against two people, he might have won. That is why, scientificly, Cato should have won.
