"Don't stare...creep"
My best friend Sophia teased me as she noticed I was staring at Oliver Wood again during the lunch time.

"I like him"
I mumbled.
"Then talk to him!!"
She always tells me that everyday.
"I'm scared Soph"
I said and blushed and continued to eat.
She shook her head and sighed.

After lunch we were walking to charms class. She had to use the bathroom so she left me and I was walking in the corridor with no one by my side.
I wasn't paying attention to where I was going and bumped into someone and my books fell.
So did the person's who bumped into me.
I bent down and so did the person.
I looked up to see-

My heart started racing as I accidentally bumped into Oliver.
He was also looking at me.
"Sorry.."
I said and picked up my books as quickly as possible and was about to run off when he grabbed my arm.
"No need to be sorry...it's my fault..clumsy me"
He said laughing a bit at the end.
I smiled and gave a small nod.
"Are you going to charms?"
He asked me.
I nodded again and started to walk away when he followed up behind me.
"Mind if I walk with you?"
He also asked me.
I shook my head and he smiled.

There was no more conversation between us but we did glance at each other a few times.
Finally we made it and walked through the doors.
Sophia noticed me right away with Oliver and she smiled brightly.
I went over and sat next to her and she whispered
"Tell me everything...how...why...and when."
I nodded and was about to speak when professor Flitwick yelled at us.
"Girls..please talk after my class."
We both nodded and I looked down at my lap from embarrassment.

In the middle of class she secretly passed me a note.
He was looking at you ;)
I read it and looked at her and she mouthed *he was* but I rolled my eyes.
The part of me that has common sense told me that it wasn't true but the other part that likes to fantasize told me it was true.
I felt butterflies in my stomach but shooed them away and went back to my work.

Finally we were let out of the class and we had a break before dinner time.

Me and Sophia decided to spend our free time walking around the school grounds.
We found a tree and climbed it.
I found a sturdy branch and we sat on it.

"Ok now tell me why you were walking with Wood!!"
She said anxiously waiting for me to respond.

"Well when you went to the bathroom..a little while after you left I accidentally bumped into him and dropped my books and he also dropped his books and I said sorry and he told me not too be sorry and it was his fault and then I walked away but he asked if he could walk with me. And then we kept looking at each other but there was no conversation."

I blushed remembering every single little detail.

She looked like she was gonna explode of excitement.
"That's a really good sign (y/n)!"
She smiled brightly and I shrugged.
"Sis...a boy wouldn't just randomly wanna walk with you for no reason! And he was also looking at you during class..."
She put her hands on my shoulders and shook me softly.
"He likes you sis...believe me...he does."
She said and smiled.
I blushed but then rolled my eyes.
"There's no way Soph..."
I looked at the castle which was always beautiful and huge.
"Just no way..."

She shook her head and said
"If you say so..."
and jumped outta the tree. She walked away but turned back around to ask if I wanted to come back to the castle but I wanted to stay. I wanted to stay and watch the clouds move and the birds sing.

I sat there thinking that I should make a cake.
There's no special occasion but I just wanted to make a cake. It's fun enough and takes me away from my thoughts and reality. Or should I make cookies?
