Harry walks in and takes a sit next to me. I shift closer to Nate ignoring the boy who has leaned in on my desk. When Mr. Thomas finishes talking about Senior stuff that I wasn't really paying attention. He dismisses all of us to period one and Nate and I stay while everyone else leaves and strangely the boy does to.

"Hey buddy don't know if you were listening but homeroom just ended and the door is that way." Nate pointed towards the door and I couldn't help but giggle at his remark and the boy looked up at Nate.

"Well unless this isn't advanced English I think I'm in the right place." A British accent speaks from the boy's mouth.

"You in advanced English? Not buying it." Nate backfires at him.

"The don't." Harry replies and I sigh at the dumb fight both of them are having and wait for the room to get filled by other students.

I take my phone out and text Cass.

Me: Where are you?

Cass: In Standard Art class. Mrs. Davis is teaching is about how to use the brush and make lines and other sh*t. Who the f*ck needs to know that. What about you?

Me: Well we barely even started we are just discussing our first Unit. Dystopian and Utopian societies. I'm just happy I get to sit next to Nate but the person on my right is really getting on Nate's and my nerves.

Cass: Got to go Mrs. Davis is staring at me!

I shut my IPhone off and now actually try to pay attention.

"Please everyone take your laptops out and began your research because for next class I want a four paragraphs essay about what are Utopian and Dystopian societies. The first paragraph is the introduction then one middle paragraph focusing on Utopian societies and one middle focusing on Dystopian. And a finally conclusion paragraph. Please open the link that has been sent to your email for further information. This is the first grade of the year so I suggest you give me a good first impression." Informs Mr. Thomas to the whole class.

Everyone groans as they take out and open their laptops.

"Hey, you signed up for this class." Mr. Thomas warns all the students and they all get to work.

Harry rises his hand.

"Yes? Mr... Styles?" Asks Mr. Thomas.

"What happens if you don't have a computer?" Asks Harry and all the students whisper between each other.

"Do you mean not 'right now' or no 'computer at all'." Asks the teacher.

"No computer at all, actually." The boy casually replies.

"Doesn't look like he can afford one at all." Nate whispers and chuckles in my ear and I ignore his rude remark.

"You may go check one out in the library for now, Mr. Styles. But I suggest you get one soon because most of our work is done online."

"Yes, sir." Harry politely responds and head to the library.

...

After surviving my first day in Senior year Cass invites me to go out and celebrate with her at a near Starbucks next to my house because I need to work on my English project.

I order a Chai Tea Latte with nonfat milk and Cass in the other hand orders a Caramel Frappuccino. She is one of those lucky people who eat a lot and never get fat. We take our seats in two tall stools in the middle of the place and wait for our names to get called out. Luckily underneath the table I spot a charger and immediately charge my phone.

"So what classes did you have today?" Cass asks starting conversation.

"I had first period advanced English, second standard Spanish and third had standard math with you. What about you?"

"First period standard art second advanced Science and third standard Math. I am so mad at Mr. Clark! He made us for next class choose an insect and do research on it! What kind of homework is that?"

"You think thats bad? Try having a four paragraph essay due next class and..." Cass was getting distracted and staring right threw me.

"Cass?" I asked and turned around to see what she was lucking at but didn't see anything interesting. "What are staring at?"

"Oh, sorry Bella! There is this really cute guy behind you. And when I turned around and payed attention of course it was non other than Harry.

"Cass, no! That was the guy in English class that I was texting you about."

"What! No way?"

"Yeah!"

"If you know him then call him over." I laughed. "I'm serious." Cass said over the lady calling our names to get our drinks.

"Well," I sighed, "we can officially now state that this is the begging to the best year yet!"

"Cheers!" Cass and I shouted and giggled at the same time not caring at the other eyes watching us as we laughed together. And in the far corner if my eye I could also see Harry staring at us.
