Second's POV

Hopping up and down while waving my arms, I try to get Alan's attention. Unfortunately, he was playing some Pokemon game on his phone. I tried knocking on the screen, but nothing. Looking to see that his phone was plugged into the computer, I quickly open up files to enter the phone. I got in there just in time as Alan unplugged the phone, and started to leave the basement.

Looking around, I try to figure out where he was going. Bored, I decided to see what was so fun about that game he was playing. Opening the game up, I see that it is an animated landscape. It took me a few seconds to realize why the area kept moving. The landscape was connected to Alan's world. The other character must represent where he is in his world.

Tapping on what I believed to be a pigeon, I found myself trying to catch it with a Pokeball. This is almost like the Pokemon League game I played before. Using that knowledge, I kept catching pokemon. I found out I could only have one Pokemon out, and that was after giving it berries.

After a good hour, Alan brought his phone out, and I waved at him. He looked surprised to see me.

"What are you doing in there?" Alan asked, using the mic. Gesturing to the game, he mouthed "Oh," and smiled. He gets it. We continued playing the game together, as he showed me other cool things about the game: Pokestops, gyms, and raids. Eventually, we returned home, and he plugged the phone back in the computer so we could draw on the computer.

By the time bedtime came around, we already drew several Pokemon animations. Instead of his usual leaving with a simple good night, he tucked me in with the cursor before typing out "good night" for me to see, I tell him good night as I fall asleep.
