16: Changing and Changing with No Luck

I changed the batteries in my Furby to fresh/new alkaline batteries and it is still acting "weird".How do I fix it?

Remove the base of Furby and push the refresh button for 2 seconds, then replace the base.This will reset the hardware while retaining all of the personality data.
