THIRD PERSON'S POV

"WHAT?!" They all exclaimed in shock, eyeballs were about to pop out from their sockets.

"Are you sure this doctor's fine?" Maehara asked, receiving a pinch on his side when Isogai told him to shut up.

"I'm aware of your reactions, ladies and gentlemen. But I'm one-hundred percent sure of it." The professional said.

"You aren't on drugs, right?" Kayano questioned, smiling nervously.

The doctor gave her an unusual glare, before sighing. He rubbed his cheek as he pushed his glasses from the tip of his nose, "Neither I can't believe this. This is a miracle, a gift from heavens. I've tested him several times to make sure of it, and he is indeed carrying a fetus inside him. And the huge question, what will the mafia do with this matter?"

"Oh my fucking goodness," Hiromi whispered, fanning herself using her hands. She leaned on Koro's tall figure, as she gasped for air. "My baby boy is pregnant. He's pregnant at the age of fucking sixteen!"

"Damn, he's underage." Sugino commented.

"Man, that's illegal." Rio laughed, talking to the silent devil beside the sleeping angel.

"But isn't it a good news for us?" Ritsu spoke up.

"It is a good news." Isogai interjected. "And quite a bad news. We've never seen a pregnant male in our lives, we wouldn't know if it'll affect the Donna's body during the carriage."

"Rest assured, it won't hurt the Donna. All we need to do is take care of him as the time comes for the baby to be born." The doctor answered. "And I will ask again, how are you going to deal with this?"

"It's either keep the baby or an abortion." Koro said, holding the panicking Hiromi.

Karma, who's been quiet for a long time now, growled loudly once he heard his uncle's words. He harshly gave him a deadly gaze, threatening his life with just a single look. Everyone were silenced. With dominant and deep voice, he spoke: "Nagi-chan and I will be keeping our child, and I'll kill anyone who dares oppose with our decision."

"Dude, it's clear that no one's gonna oppose." Rio said, in a matter-of-factly. "The whole mafia is going to be happy about the successor's birth."

"Does this mean that we'll be having a grandchild, Koro?" Hiromi asked, standing up straight as she was now done with her panic attack seconds ago.

Koro nodded, smiling. "And probably, we'll be in-laws soon."

"EEEEK! I can't wait to have a little one running around the mansion. It's so cute!" Irina squealed, while hugging the stoic-faced Karasuma.

"Shut the fuck up, woman. You might wake up the Donna." Maehara hushed, gaining a fabulous middle finger from the blonde lady.

"But for now, let the Donna have his rest." The doctor says, dusting off his white coat. "I'll be at the hospital if you need me, I'm going to have more research about male pregnancy."

"U-uhmm..." Okuda trembled on her spot, fiddling with her fingers as she embarrassingly looked at the doctor. "I t-think I can help."

"What are you saying, Okuda-chan?" Kayano frowned, puzzled.

"I may or may not have caused t-that to the Donna," She mumbled, making everyone gasp.

"What is the meaning of this?" Karma angrily clenched his teeth.

"A-as you can see, he d-drank something that was suppose to be delivered to the Russian mafia a month ago." She explained, shuddering under everyone's gazes. She tearfully stared at the unconscious bluenette, regret filled her heart. "The russian mafia boss' husband interacted with me and made a deal. F-for the first time, I never thought t-that my experiment would be successful."
