After Lord Vishnu took birth at Ayodhya as the son of King Dashrath there were huge party's all over the kingdom. The different rishis munis and van basis who loved in his kingdom had come there to see lord . It was Maharishi Vashisth who did the namkeran of lord Vishnu as Rama and Sheshnaag as Lakshman and he did the nam Keran of other two brothers namely Bherat and Shatrughan . They spend their childhood with lots of fun and learning new things.
By the time they were of fourteen Dashrath ji decided to send them to gurukul . But which one was a prblem so he decided that they should be sent to his raj Purohit gurukul only. He joined his hands to Maharishi Vashisth to accept them as his children. When they were sent to gurukul before that the cheif minister of Maharaj told them about what to do and how to work for their gurus . They had to get up early in the morning before the guru got up and had to sleep after him. They had to get the raw materials for food such as rice barley dal etc. In the early morning all had to chant vedic mantras .They were thought to do all the religious works . Rama and other of his brothers were Rajkumar so they were thought to do all the administration work as well as their guru gave them the knowledge of all the Divyastre . When lord Rama was at the age of twenty five years he came back to his kingdom . When the time came of Guru dakshina lord gave him the promise that all the knowledge that he gained from him will be only use for good purposes.
