(Jack's POV)
It's family game night in Castle Arendelle! We're playing charades. And right now, Anna is struggling to get us to guess something...?
"Grrr." Anna looms at us, teeth barred. Her hands scrunched up in claws.
"Bear!" Elsa guesses.
"Evil." Kristoff says.
"King Beast!" I hoot, earning a nudge from Elsa.
Anna changes her pose and mimics swinging a sword viciously.
"Hans!" Olaf shouted. Anna gestures to him, hinting he's close.
"Worst mistake of your life." Kristoff says.
"Wouldn't even kiss you." Olaf was still convinced it's Hans.
"I still vote King Beast..." I sing-song.
"Jack, just let it go." Elsa says, shaking her head.
Ring! Sven shakes the bell signaling that time's up.
"Villain!" Anna reveals.
"Ohhhh." We chorus.
"That makes sense." Elsa nods.
"Well, we were all kinda right." Olaf remarked.
"Yeah, especially about King..." I catch Elsa's eye. "Nevermind."
"Okay, lightning round. Boys vs girls." Olaf announces.
He walks up, takes the list of people and things to mime.
He breezes through. It's simple for him with his flexible limbs. Anna tried to call foul about that but found herself outvoted.
After we, the boys, won; it was Elsa and Anna's turn.
Anna was already determined to win. Unfortunately...Elsa isn't the best charades player. But her attempts are cute...
While Anna's trying to guess, I notice Elsa's distracted...
"Hey, Elsa, are you okay?" I interrupt.
The rest realizes Elsa's zoned out.
"What?" Elsa looks up. "Oh, I'm fine. Just a little tired. I'm gonna turn in for the night."
Elsa leaves for our reserved bedroom here.
The rest of us clean up. "Did Elsa seem weird to you?" Anna asks.
Kristoff exchanges a look with Sven. "She seemed like... Elsa?"
I give Kristoff a look. "Thank you, Kristoff. I'll pass the compliment to your sister-in-law."
"Sorry, I just meant I didn't see anything out of the ordinary."
"Ice!" Anna pipes up. "That's what she was supposed to act out. Oh, come on, she couldn't do that?"
I frown. That is weird...I go to our room. What's up with Elsa?
I see Elsa leaning heavily on the boudoir.
"Snowflake?" I walk up to Elsa.
"Hi, Jack." She sighs.
"What's wrong? And please don't tell me you're fine. I know you're not." I take her hand in mine.
Elsa looks up at me. She sighs. "Jack, do you ever feel your life is missing.... something?"
Huh? "What kind of something."
Elsa looks away. "I don't know.."
"Elsa, you can tell me anything."
"Jack, do you want children..?"
Oh. Ohhhhh....
"Oh, I see now." I say, cuping her face in my hands. "You want to be a mom."
"But do you want to be a father?" Elsa asks.
"Of course! Elsa, you'll make a terrific mom. And I'd love to raise a family with you!"
I kiss her.
"What would I do without you?" Elsa sighs happily.
"You'll always have me." I hold her close. "Always."
