[MIC - Mic test? Hello hello? Okay I think it's working]
Hi! My name is Aleisha Leblanc and let me tell you how I saved everyone from being put into a coma. Secretely.
Just a little bit more background about me, I am 17 years young and I was trying to save everyone and myself from a bad guy called Nightmare. Atleast that's what I call him.
Well they... or IT wanted to trap me in a nightmare induced coma along with everyone because he feels like it.
I hope you understand the story properly. You'd love it either way and excuse the britich accent.
"Well it was just a few days ago when..."
{FEW DAYS EARLIER}
*School Bell Rings
The sound of laughter and chattering across the school can be heard through my headset. Students and teachers walking through the school the corridors just minding their own business.
Another typical lunch break in highschool, couples making out in the hallway, groups of people just talking about their weekend and how their card game went last night.
My stomach was grumbling but I didn't want to eat, I headed to the cafeteria and got a sandwich just to stop my stomach from annoying me. I sat down in an unoccupied table as usual.
You can say that I'm that girl with no friends or that shy girl or the quiet kid. I don't really like interacting with people and I think that our world and reality is no fun.
That's why I lucid dream - I make my own worlds... well, in my dreams. I basically control my dreams.
Day dream if I'm in school, just to keep myself busy. My headset always plays Welcome to wonderland by Anson Seavra; it reminds that I'm awake. I play Für Elise when I'm about to sleep.
I closed my eyes and rested my head on my arm while laying on the table. As I started to slowly fall asleep, I feel someone tapping me on my shoulder. I looked up and saw this clown blankly staring at me.
I had a fear for clowns and seeing him made me feel anxious, I couldn't breathe and every part my body was frozen.
The clown blurts out a loud creepy laugh that made me want to cry. I shouted on top of my lungs and I woke up from my nap with my own shouting. Everyone looked at me with a confused face for a second and they went back to what they were doing.
"What in the actual f..." I muttered under my breath.
I stood up from my seat and walked as fast as I could out of the cafeteria.
"It was just a nightmare." were the words I kept telling myself as I was walking. Everything felt weird and I was sweating bullets.
I went straight to the clinic and sat down on a chair.
"What happened to you?" the nurse asked
"Just a nightmare." I said with my eyes wide open
"Take a breather - stay here for a bit. You still dreaming huh?"
"Thanks for being cool, I don't know what happened. I wasn't even expecting myself to dream. I just wanted to take a nap then IT happened." I explained
"What happened?" The nurse asked
"Random nightmare." I said as I was catching my breath
The nurse just looked at me and went on with her business.
As I was sitting down, I kept asking myself if I was still dreaming. I was sure that I wasn't dreaming when I saw that clown. He seemed real... everything did. I'm still confused on what happened but I guess nightmares are okay every once in a while.
I stayed inside the nurse's clinic until the school day ended. The clown's face was just terrifying. Everytime I have nightmares I go somewhere where there's a lot of people so I guess I'm gonna stop by a cafè before I go home.
I walked out of school passing by every student that gave me a look... maybe because of what happened earlier. I went on outside not giving a care about anyone and walked to a nearby cafe.
"Hey! I saw what happened in the cafeteria earlier. Are you okay?" A good-looking student asked
"Uhmm... yeah I'm okay. Hi- hello." I couldn't help myself but stutter.
It was Vincent Miller, my childhood crush. He was my classmate from gradeschool up until now. He wasn't the most handsome guy in school but to me, he is the most handsome guy in the world.
Vincent was the type of guy who would be there for you in any situation. You could always count on him and he will never leave you behind.
He was always sweet to me but I guess he never really saw me as a girl that he would ask out on a date... at this point, I'm too shy to ask.
"Wanna head to a cafè with me? My treat." Vincent asked
"Uhmm... okay. I was going to stop by anyways." I said while trying to hold back myself from blushing
We walked inside the cafè together without a word being said. We sat down on an empty table as we got inside.
The smell of coffee and a jazz playlist playing in the background was already a vibe, having Vincent join me for a cup of coffee was a whole different experience for me - well in a good way.
We ordered and I got my favorite which was a double shot mocha espresso. Vincent just got an americano with a cookie.
