BNHA, Naruto, and quotes does not belong to me but their respective owners. As well as the video posted below.

Crossover of Naruto with Sakura reborn in the world of quirks with memories intact of course. Her experience, and pain, everything she went through that made her who she is; which in turn led to her growing up in the eyes of people around her in a charismatic way.

-Continuing on with scenes in my head-

1. Around when she was 3 years old, her own biological mother (suffering from some mental problems due to the abuse she suffered from her alcoholic husband) sold Sakura to an organization that values rare and villainous quirks. (made it when she was really young, since I know Shoto started training when he was 5)

"I'm sorry Sakura, but Okaa-san really really needs the money."

Ah.. Even in this life... "It's okay Okaa-san. I understand and I forgive you."

Sakura lets the tears fall as she turned away from the kneeling woman, and trailed after the men in black suits.

2. The organization has then kept Sakura in cages with others, however, she doesn't let anyone get close to her and remains silent in the following years. She then meets another child in the cage that reminded her of why she became a shinobi in the first place. For the first time in years, she spoke more than a few words that it astounded the others surrounding her.

"Yeah, you're right that those who don't follow the rules are trash. But you know what, those who abandon their friends are even worse than trash.  If I was in your position, I would have made the same choice that you did. If I ended up as trash either way then I'd rather be the type who wouldn't abandon their friends."

In this scene, I imagined that the child she met had defended another person who was getting hurt; and Sakura intervened because the child reminded her of Naruto and everyone who was precious to her.

3. Sakura meets an older man (Danjuro Tobita) who is Gentle Criminal. Gentle questions as to the reason how Sakura is still so kind after years and years of abuse (not knowing that everything the organization throws in Sakura's way is nothing compared to the pain she felt during the war when she had people dying in her hands and not being able to heal them.)

"How.. How is it possible..."

"You have every right and justification to hate the world and people in it. And yet how, how can you remain so kind so pure in this rotten world.."

"You know, old man, for someone who claims to be an aspiring villain; you are surprisingly kind yourself."

At this part Gentle opens up to Sakura and revealed that he was a hero dropout and for a few years before ending up as a tool for the organization he was just mindlessly wandering and not really living. He explains to her that he did not have fine control of his quirk and caused nothing but trouble to the people around him.

"You don't need to be a hero to be a decent human being, old man."

4. Timeskip a few years and Sakura is around 12, she makes a plan to get out of the hell she landed herself in and to make sure to free the others too. While in captivity, she remained vigilant not trusting the so called heroes or the adults around her to get her out of her predicament; but would rather do something herself (as she is a shinobi first and foremost).

She frees the others and while she is escaping, Sakura hears the voice of a young child calling for help. She stops in midst of escaping and looks back. Danjuro Tobita (Gentle Criminal) the older brother figure that she opened her heart to notices and grabs her wrist.

"Sakura, we can't stop now, we have to leave before this place blows up in flames."

The other escaping victims notices her pause and questions if Sakura is suicidal at this point.

"How can I possibly turn my back to a child pleading for help..?"

Recalling the years that Sakura has silently protected others, Gentle reveals to her that he has given up on being a hero, but instead aims to be her sidekick.

5. Everyone gets out safely, however, many were injured during the scuffle with the people who worked for the organization. Sakura ends up using her quirk to heal everyone even if they try to forcefully send her away to get help. Of course, Sakura does not abandon them not wanting help from the people outside as it's been many years and not a single person or hero aided their escape from the hell hole that kept them all captive.

Sakura's quirk is kinda similar to Hawk's since of course I do ship them together if the title wasn't so obvious lol. She has wings which she can call upon by will. I imagined something like an ability to do wide spread healing by expanding her own wings and letting the white feathers drop (like an angel) if you want better visual watch below. I wanted her to also be able to control her feathers like Hawks so she can harden them like steel and use them to attack.

Since obviously she is in the world of quirks, she does not have access to chakra but she still is pretty OP since of course her experience, but also the fact that Sakura was not just ridiculously intelligent but also has honed her taijutsu and medical ability prowess during her life as a shinobi.

6. Despite her cynical view of heroes due to her own experience growing up and her previous life, Sakura decides to enter U.A and in the future work as an independent hero (refusing to join any hero agency).

 7. Timeskip during the sports festival, she captured many peoples' attention (of course Hawks as well by TV). She did not use her quirk, but kept everything physical (taijutsu and fighting with a tanto). She trained herself with the tanto in remembrance of Sasuke, while also at the same time giving others the false sense of security that she does not know any hand-to-hand combat experience. She uses her whole body to fight but rarely with her fists in the beginning.

Also, I did not mention it but Sakura's appearance is similar to her appearance in Naruto. She was born with bright emerald green eyes and pastel pink hair not as bright as Mina's obviously. She usually has it tied up as long hair signifies her confidence in her own self to not let it get in the way. Her hero costume is the same as an ANBU uniform with the arm guards and everything. As well as, a fox mask (her hero name is also Fox) she wears her mask at all times and even her classmates and teachers does not know how her face looks like. Kinda similar to the way Kakashi is with his mask covering his face all the time.

Which honestly just captures Hawks attention and curiosity even more, as well as her obvious combat experience.

The reason she gave when Hawks asked her why she chose the name of Fox as her hero name:

"Fox was the favourite animal of someone that was precious to me."

I need someone to write this for me ugh, this has been seriously stuck in my head for weeks. It's just so hard to write in different perspectives while keeping the flow in track and not confusing for everyone. Feel free to use this idea, but seriously please do let me know if you were to use anything I mentioned above (give me some credit too lol) or better yet just take this idea and continue it for me. If you have any questions get in touch through private message.
