"Kanina pa natingin sayo si Lean," bulong sa akin ni Pau. Nasa graduation ceremony kasi kami. And yes, gagraduate na kami ng college.
Hindi ako lumingon kay Lean kasi baka maging obvious na siya ang pinag-uusapan namin. "Edi tumingin lang siya. Bahala siya." I joked.
Napailing si Pauline. "You guys are just adorable together!"
I gave her a soft nudge. "Sira! Umayos ka nga!"
"Y'know, I can feel that you guys will end up together. I mean, who the fuck does that? He waited for you ever since!"
Siniko ko na naman siya, "Bunganga mo, Pauline! Ano ba 'to? Magiging teacher ka na tapos ganiyan ka pa rin!"
Natawa lang siya.
"But I hope so too," sabi ko.
"Hope?"
I shrugged my shoulders, "I want us to be together. I love Lean."
"I know that you love him. But you are just scared to commit again. You're not highschool anymore. You have nothing to wait. Give Lean a chance," sabi sa akin ni Pau.
Tumango ako, "I will give him a chance, Pau." Tapos sumandal ako sa balikat niya. "I love you, Pau. I am so lucky to have you here with me."
Natawa si Pauline, "You should be. I am one awesome bitch."
"Yep, I know that you are."
"Congratulations, graduates of 2015!" the school dean announced.
