It's been 21 weeks since Addison passed out at the set of Zombies 3. The first few days after Addison woke up, Milo refused to leave Addison's side. Once she was able to go home, Milo didn't want to leave her side. After some convincing Milo was finally ok with leaving Addison home while he went back to filming. He would come home to have lunch with her, then go back to filming. He made sure that he was home in time to make dinner for the two of them and spend time with Addi before bed. Milo did his best to be home with Addison, take her to appointments and film the movie. After Addison's 20 week appointment, she and Milo headed to the studio to double check that all of Milo's parts were filmed, before heading back to LA. The director told them he was all set. They said goodbye to the rest of the cast and said they would see them all when they got back to LA.
Addison and Milo had been back in LA since Addison's 20 week appointment. Milo had got the nursery ready and worked on cleaning the house before the twins came. They had decided that they didn't want to know the gender of the babies until they were born.
It was a few days after Addison's last appointment. She woke up not feeling very good. "Hey babe are you ok?" Milo asked as he walked over to her side of the bed. She inhaled a sharp breath as he closed her eyes and bowed her head. Milo noticed the change in her facial expression. He kneeled down in front of her and placed his hands on either side of her belly. He could feel how tight and hard her stomach had gotten. "Babe are you having your first contraction?" Milo asked her as he rubbed her belly. Addison shook her head as she focused on her breathing. When her contraction was done, she reached for Milo to help her stand up. Once she was standing up, Milo wrapped her in a hug. "Mi" Addison said as she looked up at him. "Yeah babe?" Milo answered as he looked down at her. "I think we're going to meet the babies today!" She said with a smile as she buried her head in his chest. "I know babe" Milo said with a smile as he rubbed her back. Milo helped Addison down the stairs to sit in the living room. "How do you feel babe" Milo asked as he sat down beside her. " feel tired and.." She was cut off as another contraction tore through her body. MIlo saw her sudden shift as she became uncomfortable on the couch. "Babe do you want to stand and try leaning on me for this one?" Milo asked as he rubbed her back. Addi shook her head yes as Milo stood to help her up. Once she was standing Milo wrapped her arms around his neck. He then placed his hands on either side of her belly as she started rocking back and forth. After her contraction, Milo carefully lowered her to the couch. He grabbed her a blanket and went to make some lunch. At around 6:00 milo was in the kitchen making dinner, when he heard Addi start crying and breathing heavy. Milo walked into the living room to find her on her knees in front of the couch while she leaned on it for support. Milo walked over and started rubbing her back. "It's ok babe i'm right here. Your doing so good babe, take slow deep breaths" he told her as she focused on her breathing. When her contraction was over he helped her to stand. "Mi!!" Addison squeeked out. "Are you ok babe?" "Umm we need to go to the hospital" "are you sure?" "I think my water just broke" she told him as she looked up at him. "Ok. Ok. Let's go" Milo said as he helped her up. "Hurry" said Addison as they pull up to the hospital. The doctors rush Addison into a room when she starts screaming in pain...
*1 hour later*
Milo is holding his baby boy and Addison is holding her baby girl. " We are parents now Mi" Addison says

"What are their names?" the doctor asked as she walked into the room "The girl is Harley Rae Manheim and the boy is Carter Jacob Manheim" said Addison and Milo.
