She had his heart
She had his love

Abandoned and discarded

He couldn't see beyond name and reputation
Yet it no longer mattered
Gifted to someone else
Someone who saw her true worth
Someone who would give her his love
Someone who would give her devotion
All had been planned by the Best of Planners
All had been set before her creation
Safely held
Loved
Protected and cherished
In the arms of someone
Who would always love her
