Dick Loves His French Onion Dip

Dick loved French Onion Dip. There was nothing to it. He simply just loved French Onion Dip. Here's some examples that show you just how much he loved the stuff.

Example 1:
Dick & Barbara decided to meet up one day to have lunch together. They went to a new diner in Bludhaven & had just ordered.

"-& a side of fries, please." Dick told the waitress smiling warmly at her. "Oh, do you have French Onion Dip?" He really wanted to dip his fries in it.

"I'm sorry, we don't. I could get you some ketchup?" She offered politely with a smile.

"Oh, okay. Thank you." He smiled at her as she walked away with their order.

"Why don't more restaurants have French Onion Dip?" Dick asked Barbara with a sigh.

Barbara sighed at the man who was hopelessly in love with the chip dip.

Example 2:
Wally decided to take Dick out on a date at the same restaurant Dick & Barbara had gone to a few months ago.

Dick was happy to be going on a date with his husband, but upon hearing the restaurant they were going to he devised a plan.

Wally & Dick had just been seated & the waitress walked away to give them time to decide on their orders. Wally finally decided to address the elephant in the room.

"Dick?" Wally asked looking at his husband awkwardly. Dick hummed in acknowledgement as he flipped through his menu. "Why did you bring a bag with you?" Dick had brought a drawstring backpack with him.

Dick leaned in close to him, in a hushed tone he told him. "They don't have French Onion Dip, I snuck some in." Wally couldn't help but laugh at the new information.

Example 3:
Bruce had suggested that for dinner at the Manor that night they should try & benefit Damian's distaste for meat. They were going to have veggie burgers for dinner.

Dick upon receiving his dinner grimaced at it. It was a veggie burger, topped with corn, baked beans, a weird vegan sauce, & it smelled terrible.

Damian recieved his & smiled at it taking a big bite in contempt. Dick looked down at it hoping it tasted better than it smelled.

One bite & Dick wanted to throw up. Suddenly he got an idea. He quickly scooped a big pile of French Onion Dip on to the burger hoping it would drown out the taste.

Dick sighed in contempt, happy to taste the French Onion Dip instead of the veggie burger underneath.

Example 4:
Nightwing & Spoiler had been doing a partnered patrol of Bludhaven when Dick suddenly halted. "What time is it?" He asked frantically.

Steph gave him an odd look, "2:45am?"

"Ya think we got time to stop at Walmart?" Dick questioned thinking up a grocery list in his head.

"I suppose." Steph said assuming there wouldn't be many people at Walmart at 2 in the morning.

They made their way to the Walmart a few blocks over from where they were. They entered the Walmart & spotted a certain red haired speedster.

"Kid Flash!" They yelled together. Said ginger quickly turned around from greeting a group of girls who asked for a few selfies & autographs.

"Wing! What're you doing here, Babe?" Wally questioned seeing Dick & Steph approach. The girls pulled out their phones wanting to get the happy married couple on video.

"Thought I'd pick up a few things before heading home. What're you doing here?" Dick questioned pecking Wally on the lips. The girls cooed at this. Spoiler fake gagged behind them, going to take selfies & giving autographs to the girls.

"Thought I'd grab some groceries," Wally held up the bag Dick hadn't noticed till now. "God knows how you get without your French Onion Dip." Wally said with a laugh.

"Awww, Babe! You know me so well!" Dick wrapped his arms around Wally's neck giving him a short but sweet kiss. "Love ya, KF." Dick smiled at him.

"Love you too, Wing." Wally smiled back. "What were you going to get?" Wally had a suspicion of what said raven wanted.

"French Onion Dip." He smiled brightly.

Example 5:
Dick looked in his fridge, noticing he didn't have much food. Wally was on a mission & he had forgot to get groceries.

Dick noticed a certain container in the fridge & pulled it out with a smile.  He grabbed a plate, 2 pieces of bread that thankfully wasn't moldy, & scooped a big pile of French Onion Dip onto the bread.

He pushed the second piece of bread down & took a bite. "Mmmmmm." He smiled happily at his sandwich & went to watch some TV while he ate.

Example 6:
Dick wanted one thing for his birthday. If you guessed something expensive, new gear, a pride flag, you'd be wrong, well not entirely. He did want a gay pride flag to hang in his & Wally's room. But what Dick wanted the most was French Onion Dip. He couldn't get enough of the stuff.

His friends, family, & fellow heroes had been asking him for a month straight what he wanted for his birthday. His answer, French Onion Dip.

When his birthday rolled around everyone had bought Dick French Onion Dip & no different. Well, except for Roy who bought him 2 pride flags, one for his room at the Manor & one for his apartment.

Dick was so happy he was bouncing with excitement & could rival a speedster in a race he was so excited. (Y'all, this happened to me one year, except it was pickles.)
