Guys, okay so this isn't a chapter, but I have a theory! ☝️
So I was watching a YouTube video about rare traits & this trait, 'Poliosis' is where a patch of white hair is due to lack of pigment in the hair shafts of the affected area.
Uhm, Jason Todd.
So my theory is when he died the pigment in the front of his hair had died, which resulted in him having poliosis.
