PART 11

Hello friends.... This last months were very difficult for me. A lot of things were going on around me.... with my health....and much more....which was very depressing....for me...for my parents... my family....Also many things were good...like very delightful...It was very hard to cope up with things....Sometimes it was very difficult for me to write or sometimes I was very busy.... My life had become like a light switch....where sometimes it was happy...The other moment it was difficult... Mainly due to my health...There are some health issues I am facing from last 8-9 months.....My family has been going through a lot because of that....Therefore I couldn't update....for which I am really sorry...So here's the update... and I would try to be more consistent.

Next Day
Naira wakes up on the bed. She wonders how come she came to bed when she was sleeping on the couch.
Flashback
At night after confirming that Naira slept Karan wakes up. He goes near couch and sees her sleeping, her innocent face.

Karan's POV

How much ever I try to ignore you, try to hate you I can't forget that you are my friend. I can't keep myself from caring for you. I can't see you uncomfortable. He then picks her up and lies her on the bed. He then goes to sleep on the couch.

Naira looks around the room and sees Karan sleeping on the couch.

Naira's POV

However much you ignore me you can't see me uncomfortable. You can't keep from caring for me.

Naira gets up and takes her luggage to the walk in closet. She takes her necessary things and goes to bathroom to freshen up. Karan wakes up due to the sound of his phone ringing. It was a call from his PA Aman. He goes out to the balcony to talk. Naira comes out of the bathroom goes to the walk in closet and starts getting ready. Karan comes back and goes to the walk in closet to take his things out for freshening up. He stood at the entrance of the walk in closet when he saw Naira near the dressing table in a red saree looking at the mangalsutra in her hand and thinking something. Sensing someone's presence Naira looks around and sees Karan at the door of the walk in closet. She looks at him and quickly turns around. She wears her mangalsutra and puts vermillion in her partition and goes out from there. Meanwhile Karan takes his things and goes to get ready. After getting ready Karan comes out in the bedroom and sees Naira sitting on the bed waiting for him. They both then move downstairs. Everyone was sitting in the living room chitchatting.

Anj- Aa gaye tum dono. Naira beta were you comfortable.

Naira- Haa maa
Anjali- Thike challo aaj tumhari pehli rasoi hai.
She takes Naira to the kitchen.
Anj- Beta nashta sab tayyar hai tumhe sirf ritual ke liye kuch sweet banana hoga.
Naira- Ok maa
Anjali goes out after telling her where all ingredients are kept.

Outside in the livingroom Rahul and Soham were teasing Karan.
Rahul- You must be feeling tired.
Soham- Yess after all it was a lonnnng night.
They both giggle.
Karan- Shut up you both.

In the Kitchen Naira was preparing the sweet. After finishing she comes out taking the bowl. Everyone moves to the dining table. Naira Anjali and Sakshi start arranging the table.
Rahul- So doll what have you prepared today.
Naira- Why don't you guess bhai.
Rahul- Ummm.... Is it Kheer.
Naira- No.
Soham- What you have not prepared Kheer.
Naira- Yes. Why what happened. Did I do something wrong?
Soham-(dramatically) - Yess how could you do such mistake Doll.
Rahul- That too first day after your marriage.
Naira- I am sorry maa.
Sakshi- Bhabhi don't take these both seriously. You know how they are.
Naira- But they were saying that I did mistake preparing Kheer.
Sakshi- Nothing like that Bhabhi. Actually Bhabhi Bhai likes Kheer a lot. So we thought you would prepare Kheer.
Listening to it Naira gets silent and looks down.
Anj- Is it compulsory that she should prepare her Husband's favourite. She prepared her mother's favourite.
Soham- Yes she has to impress her mother in law. Her husband is already impressed.
Naira gives a fake smile.
Tej- Everyone stop teasing my daughter and start having breakfast. Naira you also sit with us.
Naira serves everyone Halwa and goes to sit beside Sakshi.
Sakshi- Aa..aa.. bhabhi not here. Your seat is beside bhai.
Naira then goes and sits beside Karan.
Everyone tastes the Halwa. Naira waits for everyone's opinion.
Tej- Naira beta Halwa is awesome.
Anj- Obviously it will be awesome after all my daughter has prepared it.
Sakshi- Yes bhabhi it is yummy.
Rahul- Yes doll it's tasty.
Naira- Thank you.
She then looks at Karan for his opinion. But he doesn't look at her. She gets dejected.
Sakshi- So bhai how is the Halwa. Give some praises to your wife.
Soham- Aree he will not praise her here in front of us. He will praise her in their bedroom.
Listening to this Karan glares at Soham. Naira looks embarrased.
Anj- Enough of talks. Everyone have your breakfast. Karan you have to take Naira to the Kapoor mansion. You both are going to stay there tonight.
Karan nods.
After breakfast Karan and Naira go to their bedroom to take necessary things. Then they leave for the Kapoor mansion.
On reaching Kapoor mansion Karan and Naira are welcomed by Vikram. They both go inside Suman was in the Kitchen. She comes out. Naira goes and hugs both of them while Karan takes blessings from them.
Suman- Naira you both go up in your room and freshen up.
Naira- Ok maa
They both go in Naira's room. Naira goes and freshens up. After her Karan goes to freshen up. Both come down. Naira goes in the Kitchen to help Suman in making lunch while Karan goes and sits with Vikram in the living room. They both talk about business and other stuff. While in the kitchen Naira and Suman were talking.
Suman- Naira are you happy.
Naira- Yes maa I am very much happy.
They both then talk while preparing lunch. Soon lunch was ready. Naira goes and calls Vikram and Karan for lunch. While having lunch they keep talking about different things. After lunch Karan goes up in Naira's room as he ets a call from his PA while Naira goes in Vikram and Suman's room and spend time with them.
At night at dining table,
Naira- Maa Yash nahi aaya.
Suman - Usko kuch kaam tha isliye nahi aaya.
Naira gets sad.
Suman prepared all the favourite dishes of Naira. After dinner everyone retires to their room. In Naira's room Karan was sitting on the bed while going through mails on his phone while Naira was packing her stuff which she didn't take during marriage. At that time Naira's phone rings which was on the bedside table. Karan who was sitting near sees it. He gets irritated seeing the caller ID and passes the phone to Naira. It was a call from Yash. Naira picks the call and goes to balcony to talk. After talking she returns back with a sad face. She then goes back and does her packing.She then goes to the washroom to change. All the while Karan who was observing her thinks what happened. Naira comes back. Then it strikes to her that she didn't have any couch in her room.
Naira- You sleep here I will sleep in the balcony.
(Naira's balcony had a love seat type swing where one can even sleep)
Karan- No need the bed is enough big we both can adjust.
Naira who wasn't in a mood nods. Both go and sleep on the bed.
