After Nik and I left the school we came to the agreement that he would go to Portland to do werewolf hunting whilst I stayed and terrorised my sister, got an education and introduced Bekah to the modern world even though the distance will be tough on the both of us. He said he would be back to take me to the homecoming I am blatantly refusing to go to. I think  Elena didn't expect me to be lounging on the couch texting my fiancé, that she didn't know about yet, when she came home.

"What are you doing here?" She asked like the snotty little doppelbitch she is.

"I live here dumbass and I don't know if retards like you can realise obvious things, but I still need an education." I answered innocently as if I hadn't just insulted her. Her eyes widened and her mouth was agape.

"I know that," Elena attempted to recover quickly, whilst crossing her arms and rolling her eyes." But why didn't you go with Klaus? You didn't need to come back."

I sat up and smirked at her pathetic attempt to make me feel unwelcome and alienated. Doesn't she realise that she doesn't have a hold on me anymore?

"I didn't go with Nik  because like I said education, I need to get the senior year experience of course and we both agreed it would be easier for me to stay here until he returns. The plus side to it all is that I get to terrorise you and witchy. Oh and I would like to see Jer-Bear because you know he likes me more than you." Once again her eyes widened and her jaw dropped. She will obviously never learn that I am full of sarcastic remarks and surprises. But then again, you actually need common sense in order to understand such trivial things.

I pulled into the school parking lot smoothly before finding a space and expertly parking. Many people, mainly guys, gawked at the white 2012 Ferrari California I was driving. Nik has this vast car collection in Georgia and made me choose a car to use whilst I was in Mystic Falls. When looking through the collection that any guy would be envious of, I immediately fell in love with this one. The curves, the power and the smoothness of the vehicle drew me in and when I told Nik this he said those were the reasons why he was drawn to me.

I opened the door and got out gracefully whilst clutching my leather jacket and school bag. My boots could be heard as I walked away from my car, locking it. As I reached Elena, B*tch-Witch and Caroline I adjusted my sunglasses and listened in on their conversation. Elena was babbling on about how today was the anniversary of when herself and dear Steffy met. I rolled my eyes as the other two gave her looks of sympathy.

"You win." Caroline sighs and I'm not sure if it's out of sympathy or exasperation.

"Boohoo. It's not like you're the only one who's suffered since you met him a year ago. Caroline got turned into a vampire, Bonnie's grams died, Jeremy and Alaric lost Jenna and Matt lost his sister. You're not the only one who's felt pain Elena. Please get over yourself and realise that your friends and family have suffered more than yourself because you get horny over two vampires." I interrupted, briefly stopping on my journey into school. Elena stood with her jaw dropped yet again as she looks incredulous at her friends, waiting for one of them to defend her. Neither Bonnie nor Caroline did, they both agreed and you could see it in their eyes, they just didn't want to upset Elena.
