Abusive Father

Chapter Two

Austin's POV

I stare at my laptop screen designing a poster for my school's upcoming music contest.

They conduct auditions and students who passed the audition get divided into groups.

Whatever group wins the contest gets to be an actual musical group, I was going to contest for this competition even tho I knew my father would go crazy.

At this point in my life, he doesn't scare me.

Back when I was little I went through all kinds of abuse at the hands of that bastard I call a father.

Punches, kicks, cuts name it all and I'll tell you that have experienced them.

I was so focused on the designs that I didn't notice someone walk into my room.

"Boo!!!" A familiar voice screams in my ears.

"Hey, Lily," I say turning around to my little sister.

"Why ain't you scared?" She asks staring at me.

"I'm passed the age of being scared Lily," I say smiling at lily.

"Passed the age my foot!" Lily says rolling her eyes.

"Why ain't you in bed?" I ask.

"I can't sleep!" She says crashing on my bed.

"I'm worried your psycho father will try to kill me for not going on the stupid date he set up".

Right, I forgot about that God-forsaken date.

My dad came up with this crazy idea of forcing Lily to date his friend's son to form some kind of business alliance.

I found out about it and stopped Lily from going on the date.

"Lily I promised you I won't let him hurt you".

"I know! But Just to be on the safe side I'll be spending the night with you!" She says and I nod turning back to my laptop.

In less than 20 minutes I was done with the designs.

I turn around to see Lily fast asleep, She was sleeping so peacefully.

I sit up hearing sounds of someone banging a door, The old fool must be back.

I walk out of my room to see my abusive father banging on Lily's bedroom door.

"Come out here little brat!" He shouts hitting the door furiously.

"What's with the banging old man?" I ask staring at my father and his raging grey eyes turns to stare at me.

"You! You did this didn't you!" He says shouting at me.

"It's obvious you're drunk! Why don't you go to bed and then tomorrow we can talk about whatever nonsense you're spitting out" I say then turn around to walk into my room.

"You're the reason Lily was bold enough to disobey me!" He says shouting at me.

I turn around to face my father.

"You were gonna force her to date some moron! Did you think I would sit back and ignore it"?

"Do you know what you cost me!" He shouts pointing at me.

"I don't know and I don't care! If you want an alliance to strengthen your company then I suggest you get married cause I will never let you force Lily into something stupid"...

"And even if you succeed in pushing her to do it! I will make sure to personally destroy each one of your plans!" I say shouting right in his face.

"You filthy son of a bitch!" He raises his hands to hit me but I grab it.

"Hit me and I swear I'll return the favour".

"You disobeyed me by joining that music school and now this!" He shouts pulling his hands away from me.

"I remember telling you five years ago about my passion for singing but what did you do! You hit me so hard that I ended up in the hospital for an entire year"...

"I'm all grown up now and I am in no way that little Austin you used to hit and push around! From now on I'm doing what I want and you can't stop me".

He stares at me in silence, Giving me one last glare he turns around storming down the stairs.

"Little master are you okay?" Nanny Sara asks walking over to me, She's been taking care of Lily and I for years.

At least she cared for us more than our actual mother who abandoned us in the hands of a monstrous father.

"I'm fine! Take care of Lily I'm gonna go out for a walk" I say and she nods walking into my room.

I grab my headphone then walk out of the house, I needed to clear my head and taking walks always help me calm down.
