The girls did a pretty good job, I had to give it to them, I looked amazing. I wore an ash mid-thigh length jumpsuit that had an open back, an extra large black leather jacket and black leather boots. My long kinky hair was styled to an afro, my makeup was light but to spice things up Steph had me put on red lip stick and a large bamboo earring. I didn't bother carrying a bag, I just put my credit card in my jacket pocket and held my phone in my hands.

I was eating cake in the kitchen when he arrived with two bodyguards.

"Ash! Chad's here"Dannie said. Steph had gone out, she didn't tell us where she was going but I had a feeling I knew who she was with.

"Hey" he said standing at the door. He looked hot in black cargo pants, a black hoodie and white Jordans. He wore a chain with his name written on it. He just stood there staring at me. I was beginning to feel uncomfortable.

"You don't like it?" I said feeling nervous.

He coughed "I love it' he scanned my outfit and said breathlessly 'you look amazing".

"Why do I feel like you're bluffing?"

"I'm serious. You look amazing. I was just speechless, baby"

"I told you to stop calling me that" I pinched him.

"Ouch! Let's go" he took my hands and led me to the car. It was a black Ferrari. When he got into the driver's sit I said, "You're driving?"

"Yea. I wanted to drive on our first date." He said first date which meant that there'd be many more or was reading too much into things again?

    "Is this yours?"

    "No. I rented it"

He reached over to the stereo and 'Heaven by Julia Micheals' began to play. I looked at him and smiled, he smiled back.

We sat in comfortable silence. When we got to the mall, his bodyguards helped us out of the car and surrounded us. As we made our way to Genesis Cinema, a large crowd gathered, girls were screaming, cameras were flashing, good thing I had my sunglasses to cover my face, I was a nervous wreck. Sensing my unease he took my hands, I felt oddly safe. I wasn't a sucker for media attention, I knew by the end of the day my face would be on a lot of tabloids, every teenage girl in the continent would be envious and probably think I'm a bitch, paparazzi would be on my tail.

Shit! Panic began to set in, calm down I kept telling myself. I looked at Chad and squeezed his hand, he smiled.

When we finally got into the movie theatre I was relieved, I let out the breath I didn't realize I was holding.

"That was something else" I sighed "I almost had a panic attack, there were so many cameras. By the end of this evening my face would be on every tabloid, people will be guessing my identity.' I was pacing 'the paparazzi will begin to interfere in my life. I don't want any of that. I need water". I looked at him, he just sat there staring at me with an amused look on his face.

"How can you be amused by this?" I said.

"You look cute when you're panicking, there's no need to worry I'll take care of everything.' He squeezed my hand, 'trust me baby. Just sit back and relax' he patted the sit beside him 'sit'.

"Fine, but we're leaving through the emergency exit." I sat.

"Sure, whatever you want". He leaned against my chair and drew me closer to him. I set my head on his shoulder and snuggled closer.

"I forgot to ask, what movie are we seeing?"

    "Wait and see"

When the movie came on I realized it 'After', I smiled at him, he shrugged.
