I wake up and walk over to my window. It looks so pretty outside. The sun is shining brightly over the molt that surrounds this building. I watch a squirrel scurrying down a tree to retrieve an acorn.
"I wish I could do that." I say as I watch the squirrel scurrying back up to the tree with the acorn in its mouth.
Maybe you can.
"What are you talking about?"
I've told you before, don't speak out loud. Someone might think that you actually belong in here.
I laugh as I hear Luna words.
What did you mean by maybe I can?
I mean that there this is a possibility that you can climb a tree again.

First you have to get out of here.
How do I do that?
You have to figure out a way to stop taking those pills.
Why?
Those pills do not allow you to think properly.
I've noticed that. It's like I can't think at all after they give me my morning pills.
Precisely, this is why you must stop taking them.
Ok. I will.
Someone's coming this way. Get back in bed and make sure you cover yourself up with your sheets.
I do as Luna says about a few seconds later my door opens and in comes a female nurse with a cart.
"Are you ready for your pills?" The nurse asks." As she gives me a forced smile.
"Actually I don't want to take pills anymore."
"Oh? Why is that?"
"These pills make me feel like a zombie and I don't like it."
" I have something that will change your mind." She says as she yells, security!
No! Not like that, Ebony!
I can hear Luna screaming at me as two men dressed in all black run into my arm and drag me out of bed by my arms. One man drags me by my left and the other by my right.
"What's the problem ma'am?" The man on my left asks the nurse.
" She is refusing to take her pills. I need you to convince her to take them again." She says as she curls her lips up in a wicked smirk.
" Yes ma'am." The man says "Alright, get ready to pick her up." Righty says.
"Wait, what's happening?"
"Cross your ankles and do not attempt to run or I will taze you." Lefty says as both of the men start walking out of my room carrying me with them.
"Where are you taking me?" I ask in a frightened tone.
"I'm sorry! I'll take the pills! Please! I'll take the pills!" I try to plead with them but it's no use.
Finally the men stop walking as they arrive in front of a large metal door. Lefty raps his knuckles on the door in a pattern and a little window on the door opens revealing a pair of dark brown eyes.
"We have another one for you." The man holding my left arm says. The dark brown eyes look down at me then closes the window and the metal door opens slowly. No one is there except for an old lady dressed in black. I think she's another nurse.
"What sin have you committed my child?" The nurse in black asks.
" Please, I didn't do anything, I promise!"
The nurse with her hair covered up, looks at me and back at the men waiting for an answer.
"Her nurse said that she refuses to take her pills." Righty says.
The nurse in a long black dress sucks her teeth at me and shakes her head. Then she grabs the cross on her long white beaded necklace and pulls at the bottom of it revealing a needle.
She plunges it into my neck and I instantly feel an intense pain.
I can feel tears streaming down my cheeks as my body becomes numb. I try moving my fingers. Nothing.
It's as if I have become paralysed.
I can still hear the nun and the men in black talking faintly. I try to scream but nothing comes out.
Finally I see a tiny black hole I stare at it curiously as I see the hole gradually increasing in size until there's nothing left.
Everything is now black.
