9. THE CHASE

"You are the only one who loved me even though I gave you a thousand reasons not to "

It had been almost a month since Soobin was in the base camp , away from Junkook and his home . During the first few days , Soobin missed his home , Junkook a lot but as time passed by Soobin started becoming more comfortable in the new atmosphere. 

Soobin became really close to Huening Kai and Taehyun as they were the only one whom Soobin truly trusted among all the people that Soobin had met here. Beomgyu was friendly too but he was really loyal to Yeonjun as the people often regarded him as ' the right hand of The Blue Moon ' as Yeonjun was mostly depended on Beomgyu for all his work and this fact made Soobin a little distinct towards the raven haired male.

 Yeonjun usually stayed away from everyone , eating alone and was mostly out of the camp during the day. Soobin and Yeonjun had hardly conversed with each other .

 Yeonjun usually meant his own business and never bothered Soobin which made him believe that thought Yeonjun was cold by nature , he was not as bad as he seemed to be and also the fact the Yeonjun was completely unfazed by the rumors about him and Yeonjun which spread like a wildfire since that dinner incident . 

On a usual night , Soobin and all the members were eating their dinner but then the main door creaked open loudly , revealing the sapphire haired male that was Yeonjun.

Every person in the room got silent when Yeonjun entered the room , bowing in reverence in front of their leader . 

" So ,I want to inform you all that I would be going out of town for a few weeks , you all have to look after the base camp in my absence" Yeonjun announced , his voice loud and bold as usual . 

" Felix , you are the in charge to look after the base camp" Yeonjun stated , pointing at Felix who shook his head in pride . 

" The members going along with me are Beomgyu , Taehyun  , Huening Kai , Wooyoung  and Bunny " Soobin lifted up his head in surprise after hearing his name , as stunned as the other members of the room who listened to Yeonjun's announcement.

" That's it and now you all can continue , Beomgyu you come with me"Yeonjun finally remarked before leaving the room along with Beomgyu who followed him , his eyes meeting Soobin's who before he made his way out of the room .

 " Yes , Soobin can also go with us we all will have a good time " Huening Kai exclaimed joyfully , engulfing the pink haired male into a bone crushing hug  " Huening Kai I know you are too excited but don't let your excitement choke Soobin to death" Wooyoung remarked in a sarcastic  and the whole crowd burst into laughter except Soobin who was numb on his spot after hearing those words from Yeonjun's mouth.

" Beomgyu inform Namjoon that I accept his offer and coming to meet him in our group meeting " Yeonjun declared to Beomgyu who nodded in agreement " Yeonjun you sure to take Soobin along with you , I mean the rumors of him and you are have spread from ear to ear " Beomgyu said to Yeonjun in a concerned tone. "

 Beomgyu you know that I don't give afuck to all those stupid rumors about that kid and me and secondly , Yoongi and Jimin will try everything to take that kid , so I have to take him with us " Yeonjun finally declared before going away .

" Everyone ready " Yeonjun questioned the members who shook their head in return . " alright , so we will go in two cars , Baomgyu , Taehyun and Huening Kai in the first and Wooyoung and Bunny would come with me in the second " Soobin  glanced at Yeonjun in shock , who was completely unfazed by the others gaze on him . 

" No , Yeonjun let me come with Soobin and you , what I will do Between these love birds " Kai fake cried earning a smack from Beomgyu  , Kai hissed in pain " Kai shut the fuck up and you are coming with us " Taehyun and Beomgyu yelled at Huening in unison who frowned in return . 

" okay , get into your cars and lets go now " Yeonjun finally stated and all the members followed except Soobin who just froze on his spot , his feet incapable of walking .

 " Bunny what is taking you so long , want me to open the door for you" Soobin jolted back to reality by Yeonjun's words who opened the door of the car , signalling Soobin to get inside . Soobin got into the car and Yeonjun closed the door for him befor sitting on the front seat of the car . 

It had been quite a long time since they were driving in their vehicles  on the roads of Crystal Snow , the ride was silent with Wooyoung driving and Yeonjun just glancing at his phone . Soobin git quite bored and looked out of the car window , gazing at the shops , parks and the other things they passed by . 

Soobin minds drifted in to those sweet memories when Jimin used to give him a ride around the Crystal Snow everyday on his bike that he stole from Yoongi . Soobin didn't even realized when he drifted off into a deep sleep. 

" Yeonjun see Soobin is sleeping" Wooyoung spoke out grinning at seeing the sleeping figure of Soobin . Yeonjun glancd at Soobin as well from the rear view mirror.

 " Wooyoung stop the car , this kid will hurt his neck if he continued to sleep in that position." Yeonjun stated in a cold tone surprising Wooyoung but he did what was told and stopped the car . Yeonjun opened the door and took sat on the backseat of the car . 

He gently grabbed Soobin's arm moving his head to rest on his lap and lifting his feet off the floor and kept them on the seat . 

" uhm.." Soobin genly groaned in his sleep, gantly wrapping his hands around Yeonjun's waist . Yeonjun stared at Soobin who slept peacefully , caressing the soft and smooth skin of Soobin and ruffling his hair . Wooyoung continued to drove , a huge grin on his face on looking at the two males on the backseat.....

" uhm...where I am" Soobin gave a soft groan , stretching his arms that hit the side of the car . Soobin opened his eyes realizing that he is still in the car . Soobin  glanced out of the car window , gazing at the dark sky and realizing that it is already night .

 " Where are the others" Soobin whispered to himself after seeing that he was alone in the car but then Soobin got shocked when the door of the driver's seat bang opened , revealing Yeonjun who was breathing heavily with an aghasted look on his face . 

He  roughly drove the car through the streets at night , startling Soobin who was sitting behind " Why are you driving so fast and where is Woo-" Soobin's sentence was cut off by the sound of a bullet , cracking its way through the glass that shattered into several pieces .

" We are being chased " This was the last sentence that Yeonjun uttered before another bullet hit the car.
