BLACK ROSES

Andy Biersack and Ellie Robin had practically been friends since birth; their mothers went to pregnancy classes together and remained friends after the two were born, so it was assumed that they would become close.

Andy and Ellie were not like the other kids; while everybody else liked the Top 40 hits, the pair liked real bands, like KISS and The Misfits. Every Halloween would be the day to paint their faces like their role models. They were happy together, and their mothers were almost certain they would end up together.

Of course, the mere thought of dating each other made the duo cringe and stick out their tongues. Cooties was a daily hassle in the young life of kindergartners.

But, as they got older and continued to remain each other's best friends, feelings erupt.

Soon, however, the Biersack's have to move, much to the dismay of both families.

At the age of 14, Ellie watched her best friend pack away their memories forever and leave her in the dust.

She just wished their hug could have lasted longer than seven seconds.

Both would eventually make bands to mimic their old heroes, never meaning to get so famous. Andy created Black Veil Brides, and Ellie created Royal Roses.

They had unfortunately forgotten each other, but managers pair the bands together to tour with each other, since they had similar sounds.

And Ellie sees her first friend and first crush for the first time twenty years.
