Ellie ran to the man at the end of the hallway.

The man she finally remembered.

It took so long; agonizing day after day, causing headaches every time she opened her eyes. It did not help that the tiny nurse, Heidi, chattered her ear off, questioning Ellie about Andy and his life.

But all of those painful thoughts vanished from her mind as her bare feet slapped against the linoleum floors. She could feel tears flying from her eyes, but she had a wide smile splitting her face. The man began running towards her as well, wiping beneath his eyes where his own tears spilled.

They met in the middle of the hallway and collapsed into each other's arms.

"I missed you so much, Ell," he whispered.

"I missed you, too," she cried back. "I'm sorry, but I remember now."

"You remember!? Everything?"

"Y-Yeah. Just this morning, actually. Still got a massive headache, thanks to that. But I remember; everything."

Andy pressed his lips to Ellie's foreheads, then held her out at arm's length.

She looked tired and sweaty, but she still seemed to stab my heart with a single blink.

The next day, Dr. Weekes brought Ellie her guitar and had her play a series of notes. Ellie did so, and much more; she began to play the chords to the very first single Royals Roses released. She started humming the lyrics, as well, so Andy then excused himself to call her manager and the rest of the girls. When he went back in, she was changing into a pair of loose sweatpants and t-shirt.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"Getting ready. We've got to catch the plane back to wherever you guys are. Did you call the girls?" she stated.

"I mean, yeah, but - wait, what do you mean? Plane?" Andy muttered.

"Yeah," Ellie said, as if all she said was certain and set in stone. "What state were you in last? I've got to get back on the road or I'll hurt somebody, man."

"Ellie, are you positive?" Andy asked. She simply nodded, so he sighed and looked up plane departures while she continued getting dressed.

Andy called their managers and set everything up. They didn't notify any of the fans, so that would surely give them a surprise.

When the couple finally made it back to the next venue on the list, they met up with the rest of Black Veil Brides and Royal Roses. The girls practically attacked Ellie with questions and hugs. She filled the next few hours retelling everybody her experience.

*Ellie's POV*

By the time I was done telling my story, we had all gathered in the BVB band bus. We piled all of the cushions and pillows and blankets into the very middle of the bus. There wasn't too much room, but it was comfortable for close friends.

I woke up with my head leaning against Andy's shoulder. When I looked at the clock, I saw we only had a few hours until the next concert.

I was excited to start playing again, but...nervous, at the same time.

Will the fans want us back?

Will I do alright?

These questions filled my mind as everybody stood and stretched. We needed to get ready for the show, after all.

The next few hours faded away so fast, it felt like no time had passed at all. Soon, the venue began to fill with people, and we were getting ourselves excited backstage.

The crew had set up the stage so that there was a black cloth hanging in front of the stage, so the fans wouldn't see our signature setup. Soon, Lynn headed out to behind her drumset, and Taylor and Jenna went out with their instruments hanging from their shoulders.

Andy walked over, looked me in the eyes, nodded once, then kissed my forehead. He sent me one last smile, then pushed me out to join my band members.

I had my own guitar in my hands, and it felt so good and right.

We could hear the crowd chanting, "Ronnie! Ronnie! Ronnie!" Ronnie, I assumed, is the lead singer of the band that substituted for us when I was...away.

I took one last deep breath and smiled. I looked to John, who was standing at the edge of backstage and nodded. He then turned and nodded to one of the backstage crewmembers.

The cloth fell, and noise erupted from the fans.

"Sorry, but I'm not Ronnie, is that okay?" I shouted into the microphone. The response nearly blew me through Lynn's drum and through the next wall, it was so loud.

"Alright, well, in case you didn't know, we are Royal Roses. Sorry we were gona for a little bit, I hit my head and forgot how to do shit. But, I'm back now, I promise," I cried back. Every face I saw in the crowd was cheering. I even saw a 'Get Well Soon, Ellie!!!' poster that Andy told me about.

"Do you want me to prove it?"
