Part 1

Aaron POV

It was a few months, about seven to the best of my knowledge, since Starlight and losing my memory of Aph, my friends and even Melissa, my sister. I didnt actually expect it to come back that slowly, but it has now so I'm grateful. A lot of people now know I am an Ultima, because of my ranpage back on Starlight, so I have just kept my head down and mind my own business. It has worked better than I anticipated.

After a while, I found myself walking back down the street we live in and heading towards the front door. I heard a few noises inside which sounded like Aphmau. My heart lifted at her voice and proceeded to knock on the door when my phone went off. I answered the call.

"Hey Aaron, welcome back!" Says the voice. I recognize it to be Katelyn, one of our friends, who was with us at Starlight.

"Hello Katelyn, long time no see," I reply, calming at the sound of her voice "How have things got on without me".

"Well, everyone's moved back in and Zane and Kawaii- Chan got married, and now we all know her real name is Nana"

"Nana?" I reply. I didnt know that before.

"Neither did I," Katelyn replied "And another thing, Garroth has found love too, with Aphmau!" She replies, squealing with excitement "The best thing ever I reckon, and everybody adores the couple, even Aphmau's mum, who absolutely hated her last boyfriend, but he's gone now, so she's is much happier, anyways, got to go, Travis is coming home tonight and I am throwing a massive party which everyone is invited, bye Aaron,"

"Bye," I said, shakily. I am hearing this right: Aphmau, the person I have loved since high school, has now moved on to Garroth?! I started to cry. I ran towards the town centre crying, and watching as people I know; Kawaii, sorry, Nana and Zane, who stop looking worried as I run, Lucinda, Katelyn, Kim and Ghost, who looked shocked to see me like this, and finally, Travis, who stops me just as I am running towards the centre of town.

"Aaron, Oh my Irene, I cant believe it!" Travis stammers.

"Hey Travis, apparently they are holding a party for you, you know, Katelyn," I replied heavily, tears still streaming down my cheeks. I could feel my eyes turning red, worrying an already worried Travis even more.

"Why are you sad" He asked quietly. I looked up and the expression of realisation on his face told me everything.

"Oh, right, Aphmau..." He trailed off, avoiding any cost of rubbing it in. Travis seemed to be really good at handling this situation, mainly because Katelyn finally loves him, after what happened at Starlight you would, wouldn't you?

"I'm so sorry to hear it, but maybe if they break up then that could be your chance to get back with her, I don't know about you, but the Aarmau duo was always going to have its on and off points, but that doesnt mean it wont come back, because you two are just perfect, so give it time, you may never know, she might come to find you again, but whatever your decision," He says, as the others come up to me.

"I'm with you," He finishes at last.

"Aaron?" Zane says "But how, I thought you had lost your memory,"

"Me too" I say, hurting badly just seeing them here.

"I have some paper," Lucinda says "Write something and I'll send it to her, as she deleted your phone number, "

"How do you know?" I ask

"I saw her deleting it and I kept it down just in case you did come back, but the main thing is, are you OK?" She says, handing the piece of paper and pen to me as I begin to write down

"No," I reply "Here, my message," I hand Lucinda the message and she stares at it, anxious and almost frightened about what it said:

Hey Aph

We are done, I am now gay and finding someone else. Someone who doesnt go forgetting about their own Fiancé. I'm sorry but if you want to be with Garroth, then be with him. I am not stopping you.

"Oh my Irene, Aaron, Oh my Irene," Lucinda stammered. I then felt extremely upset so random from the group as fast as I could.

"Lets just respect his decisions, whether we like it or not, he has made up his mind," I hear Travis say as his voice becomes muffled as I ran further into the distance.
