Today is the sports festival. Today I prove I'm good enough without my whole quirk.
I walk into the school. We have to start the day in our classroom so I head there first. I sit in my seat and get out my notebook. Looking through at everyone's quirks again.
I'm mumbling to myself as normal when he approaches me. Purple hair in a lions mane style. Hitoshi Shinsou. "What are you mumbling about?"
I look up at him, his quirk is powerful. I know he's trying to test if the rumors are true. So I just raise my eyebrow at him.
He smiles slightly. "I guess you are smarter than the others." He laughs a little. I just look at him.
"I won't use my quirk on you, ok?" He puts his hands in his pockets. " I'm just curious. I mean you never speak in class, you don't talk to anyone, and then there's what happened yesterday..." He trails off.
"I don't talk cause no one wants to talk to me. Why would I talk to myself?" I ask.
"I don't know." he shrugs.
He opens his mouth to continue but the teacher tells everyone to get in their seats.
"Let's talk later." He says before heading to his seat in the front.
"Ok class! As you all know today's the sports festival!" The teacher says, "So after roll call we'll be heading down to the stadium!"
Today's gonna be a great day!
