Nerdy and Nice

Chapter 4

Niall's POV

I just couldn't help loving Elena she was just so perfect. The bone-heads treated her and Sav and Ash like dogs it pissed me off so bad you don't treat a lady like that its not okay. Only if I knew how to stand-up for others. Well not just others myself as well. I have never that person. I could never do that I probably get beat up. As I gaze over to Elena's table I notice that Adyson is the only one at their table. Savannah, Ashley, and Elena walk in the cafeteria in a burst of chatter.

Elena's POV

I hear Ady whisper,"Uh oh nerd alert" I look around. Niall Horan is looking at me. I feel the flames of a blush fan over my cheeks. I turn to face my friends. I close my eyes debating the possibilities of this actually happening. I finally open my eyes to see all three of them staring at me. I decide to clear the air and say,"I have a crush on someone". They explode in a ball of confusion, excitement, and worry. Finally Sav speaks up," On who?". I look at them taking a deep breath and respond," On Niall Horan". Ady bursts out in laughter. Once she calms down she looks at me and says,"Oh wait you are serious?" I shoot her a hurt look and reply," Yes I do, is there a problem with that?" she venomously shoots back," Not normally no, but on a nerd? Oh yeah!" I hatefully reply,"Oh yeah what is so bad about a nerd, they are actually smart unlike those jocks that whistle at us like we are dogs! We deserve a little respect once in a while so why don't we date nerds? They will respect us, buy us god damn flowers, and treat us how we are supposed to be treated!" Ady's expression said it all. There was a tear sliding down her cheek. I looked at her and  we started bawling. I always come prepared and all four of us rush to the restroom. After we fix our make-up the bell rings. I have math. Sav and I walk to our lockers and grab our Trig books and walk to J1014.
